I am extremely happy with eye level. I send my little ones there and all the teachers who teach them do such a wonderful job. I’m an overachiever and extremely particular about how my little ones do. The teachers are very enthusiastic and take keen and special interest in each child. They push the child to achieve their best and communicate very well with parents, about the strengths of the child and what area they want the child to work on. I suggest eye level to every parent who wants to push their child to achieve their best starting at a young age. I would go to them for educational advise for my kids too, and hear their opinion, cause I know they care about every child and would give good advise. I trust eye level is the best for my family and am so happy my husband found them. Best decision of 2020.

Beautiful store with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional staff. RJ helped us and he was great. I’m sure everyone else is wonderful also. I’m so happy and grateful about how we were handled. It really was a pleasure! And our glasses were ready so much faster than we expected! Same day!

Awesome experience with Billy W. He did a great job helping me choose the right glasses for my face. The doctor was patient with me since this was my first eye exam for glasses. She helped me thru the entire experience.

I really appreciated how Dr. Grider and her staff handled my appointment. She is very professional and complete in her examinations. She took the additional time to explain any question or concern I had and was very frank and honest regarding her responses. I felt very comfortable and will be going back again. To add additional context, she is not covered under my insurance plan, but I feel that comfortable with her service that I will still return to her office. Bill

Dr. Grider is always very professional and respectful. She takes the time to explain things and listens intently to what you have to share about your vision and any issues you are experiencing. I've been going to her for more than 5 years now and no concerns with her or the other ladies that work there. They are all patient, friendly and super helpful.

I was impressed by both Dr Grider and the technician who performed the initial exam. Both were very thorough and pleasant was well. I had the first appointment of the day and had been told to arrive 20 minutes early which I did. Unfortunately since the office is inside Costco I couldn't go inside until the actual time of my appointment. Once Costco opened there was no wait and everything was very efficient.

LOVE Dr Bruno! She's the best optometrist I've been to, and I've been getting yearly exams for 30 years. Her pricing is fair and she answered all my questions.

Helped me and my daughter (her 1st with contacts). Dr. found something others had missed. Very thorough and dialated eyes which normally hadn't been done at other "walk-in" type places.

The lenses keep falling out of the frames..I've replaced the 2 screws myself when they fell out. Both screws are there and the right lenses has fallen out again. Going back to my old glasses for awhile until I find someone other than Costco to fix them.

The best Optical! A wide selection of designer frames and their high index lens are truly high index. Super satisfied
