This is the best place to come to for eye care. They offer professional exquisite care. They are kind, thorough & efficient. It’s a blessing to come to a place where I know my mother is being taken care of the way they care for her here. They are also flexible when needing to reschedule. The staff is very patient & friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone. Thank you Stuart Eye for all your help & contribution to my mother’s eye health.

So grateful Dr. Carter's staff worked in a immediate appointment for my mother who lost her glasses. Keep in mind - the eyeglasses may not be covered with your insurance, just the eye exam. Had to go somewhere else to get glasses (that were part of her insurance and much more affordable).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! We bought Cartier glasses from them and they were defective. We were told they would have to order new frames from Europe and they would be in, in a week. WE WAITED 2 MONTHS!!!! They gave EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE as to WHY it was taking MORE THAN A WEEK!!! They tell me the glasses are FINALLY in!!! I went in and they were NOT the same frames they were smaller and LESS OF A COST!!! They REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they REFUSED to expedite the CORRECT FRAME from Europe. Instead they told me they would cut away at the original lenses to make it fit into the smaller LESS EXPENSIVE frame….and ultimately NO REFUND for a good that wasn’t fulfilled!!!! They are ripping people off! They are a scam!!! Ginger is inept and had NO SOLUTION and deflected THEIR FAILURE to provide a CORRECT and QUALITY product to a customer…instead BLAMED THE CUSTOMER!!! We will be reporting them DIRECTLY to Cartier and advise them to PULL EYES OF WELLINGTON ‘CON’ STORE off of their authorized sellers list. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!

I recently moved to Sarasota and a new patient of Dr. Billings. Not only is he an excellent Opthomologist but a wonderful person. However, it is disappointing to learn he is retiring. I wish him many years of good health, happiness and success as he moves forward in a new and well deserved chapter of his life.

Been with them a long long time and would have no others make lenses for me. I have any equilibrium issue and they always catered to that issue. 5 STARZ!!!!!

Marlene, Kim and the doctor were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

This place is the worst. Do not come here. People are very rude. I called two time to make sure I had the correct time. I get here and they told me no it was at 10:25 not 10:45. I had to wait three months for this eye appointment. Next one would not be till next year. Do not waste your time or money on this place. They are not busy at all. A lady was playing a game on the computer. I hope this place goes out of business soon!
