Kim Gales, Ericka Benton and my Dr. Ries were so nice and helpful. They eased my fears and made my appointment fun. Kim helped pick out a new pair of glasses for me!

I gave them 2 stars because my husband has had a pleasant experience. I don't always write reviews, but I have to say Dr. Patitucci is just want too busy - I was a new patient, she came barging in and hammering questions at me and as I answered she just kept say "uh-huh" "yep" - and when I finished she rattled off some things and basically made me feel like a I was being treated as the majority instead of an individual. Gave me steroids (oral and nasal) and sent me on my way. Called back because I still was having the symptoms at the end of the steroid pack, seeing if there is anything I could do to help and of course I can't talk to her, but a receptionist did call me reiterating what she said, and that interaction was just as unpleasant. In the exam room Dr. told me not to use Sudafed because of my High Blood Pressure, but tells the receptionist on the phone that I should use it. I said "Oh - so she changed her mind" and the response was a long "Ummmm....yeah". I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Not happy or feeling better.

I recently had a balloon sinuplasty to fix an extremely deviated septum. During the decision of which treatment to go with it felt truly collaborative, and Dr Sesso took the time to answer all of my questions to give me all of the info I needed. The day of the procedure, Dr Sesso was amazing, even though I was a ball of anxiety. At every step he explained calmly exactly what I was about to see, hear, and feel. The office staff (especially the tech assisting him) were great. I'm breathing out of the left side of my nose for the first time in literal years.

The receptionists are very rude for one.
I went in as a follow up from the ER and all the resident doctor wanted to talk to me about was anxiety and depression and not the GI issues I was having. They would not listen to any concerns I had and made me make a follow up appointment to talk about my mental health. I have already bee diagnosed and been getting help. I told them I wanted my flu shot and they made me wait about hour before someone came down the hall! They completely forgot about me. I would highly recommend finding a different place to go to.

Had a scheduled appt for a 3 month follow up. Upon arrival, I was informed that my doctor had called out sick and I would be seeing a different intern. When the substitute came in she started to complain immediately that she was upset that Dr A infected everyone in the office because she was coughing the day before an she was upset that she was called in to cover....she acted in an extremly unprofessional manner.... I told her that I had all testing and she said that I didn't have a colonoscopy which I gave her the date of then she asked if it was done in Flourtown because she did have the results. I'll told her that I have trouble getting back to sleep after I get up to use the bathroom. She prescribed a rx that googled..which is for psychosis with pages of side effects including suicide. I also told her that i had 2 i new health ssues that i wanted to discuss amd she said i dpkt want to step on anyone's toes so she blew me off....Needless to say, I will not go to her again. I was not treated well by her however the MA who I had encountered before is marvelous.

Call for an appointment to the call center, given an appointment for doctor Esrick for 7/10/23 at 7 pm. I showed up for my appointment and was told I had no appointments in the system. The receptionist checked with Dr. Esrick to get me in to see him tonight, and he said that he would not see me. His practice has changed dramatically since I started going five years ago. If I could give a minus number of stars, I’d give a -10. Don’t waste your time with this practice.

Customer service was horrible. They absolutely did not put the customer's needs first during my last visit. I will be looking for another eye doctor before next year--I will not go back there again.

It was my first eye doctor visit in the States.
Dr. David McPhillips and staff were very friendly.
Hope this is my personal unlucky to get eye prescription 2 weeks later after the visit. Answering calls and messages is not a perfect strength of Primary EyeCare Associates.
After my first visit to PCP I got a summary with explanation and recommendations. Nothing similar here. Got a plain eye prescription and nothing more.I remembered the doctor said that I need one more exam but it cannot be done the same day. And? Should I come again? No answer.
