If you want honesty, DO NOT choose this location. Depending on who you are, the older woman will add on a $75 co pay when there is no co pay. If you want real honesty and a pleasant experience, go to the Cohen's in Roosevelt Field. That's where I chose to go. Don't even waste your time going to this place.

The whole staff is great just not the old woman in the front. She has no idea how to talk to customers. She’s so rude and I don’t know how she still has a job. She’s been there since I’ve moved the Long Island in 2019 and acts the same way everytime I walk in, it’s beyond me.

The optometrist is great here but the lady at the front desk is very rude. I’ve been going here for a few years and after this month I am going to find somewhere new. I went into get new lenses for my glasses. She was making every excuse in the book to not do it. I printed my insurance and plan information and it was like a chore for her. She never called me to tell me my glasses are ready and I end up calling her. I picked them up and she again she was rude. Didn’t give me a case or didn’t clean them. And then 5 days after I picked them up I got a call that my glasses are ready… doesn’t make sense. She is always constantly rude. I actually don’t know how someone with her rudeness is still employed. And based on everyone else’s review, they have the same issue.

I have been going to Dr Baruch for many years now and it's always a good experience. Caring, Super knowledgeable, and excellent doctor. Also, I always get compliments on the glasses that I get from Dr Baruch. Highly recommend.

I always have the best experience when I go visit Dr. Baruch. He is easy to talk to & has a much more thorough knowledge base than other optometrists I’ve gone to in the past. Ever since I found Dr. Baruch I have not looked back & will not be using any other optometrist. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Jeffrey Baruch. I had an emergency issue. The office was able to see me right away. I had a full examination and diagnosed immediately. The doctor was very thorough. The doctor went above and beyond regarding to treatment and clear explanations as well a Medication instructions. This is something not seen very often these days by doctors. This eye doctor is a 5 Star plus plus. I am very pleased with my visit over all.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. When my 8 year-old needed an eye exam, and I knew I'd bring here here. There were fantastic! The doctor was very patient with her. He told us she needed glasses, and I was a little worried about her wearing them. My daughter is really picky, but even she was able to find something she liked - I've never such a large selection of glasses for kids. The salespeople really took the time to make sure those pretty frames actually fit her. Prices were reasonable. Turnaround was quick. A pleasure to deal with them. Thanks again, Eye Deal!!

I stopped in to this nice shop today to simply have then put a screw into the frame of my sunglasses, because the screw had fallen out and was lost. The woman there was so nice and friendly! She replaced the screw for an extremely low price and even gave me a small eyeglass repair kit that contained a tiny screwdriver and an additional screw. This kit was free of charge and I was very surprised and really happy about this. What a kind person to do this for me! It was so refreshing to have such a great customer experience and I will definitely be back in the future!

I Highly recommend Ozer Family Vision Care, Dr. Ozer is amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. His staff is also great, very helpful. They did everything to make sure my insurance did what was needed on their part and they made me feel very comfortable.

Kim Gales, Ericka Benton and my Dr. Ries were so nice and helpful. They eased my fears and made my appointment fun. Kim helped pick out a new pair of glasses for me!
