Jill was an awesome representative who was extremely knowledgeable about America’s Best glasses and products. She is professional, thorough, and patient with her clients. I enjoyed my visit with her because is energetic, very nice with a great sense of humor. She made my experience great because her confidence in the products made me feel less anxious about my eyeglass choices

My appointment was this past Saturday at 10:20 am. I walked in and was greeted by Jess and Jill. They were really sweet & fast while still providing great service. I looked at one section of frames before I was called back for the first part of the exam. The eye doctor was amazing, she had great conversation. The gentleman who did the first part was quick as well. Now Lexi, big Lex!! She was amazing. She broke down the price on the receipt, explained the different lenses they offer and she explained in detail what my script said/meant. I was in my car and driving home by 11:04 am. Great service, great staff, loved the selection & I had more to choose from here than other places I’ve been in the past.

Originally I would have given 5 stars but their customers are service blows. I had an eye exam and ordered glasses that came promptly. When I picked up my glasses I decided that I wanted contacts as well. First off, you can only order 6 months or a year supply. I have different prescriptions for each eye so it's not cheap. It has been about 6 weeks and I still don't have my contacts. I called last week and was told they hadn't shipped and they didn't know why. But, she would get them expedited and they would be in on Monday. Today is Wednesday,I called at 12:30 PM and was told "I don't know what is going on but I'll look into and call you back" it is now 3:30 PM. I have called from 2 different numbers multiple times and now they are not answering the phone. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip. In conclusion, dont get your glasses or contacts from here!!!!

Teddy gave us exceptional service. Although there was a wait, he note than made up for it. Knowledgeable and great personality-my husband got 2 pairs! Thanks Teddy!!

I had a wonderful experience here! The doctor was kind, took her time with me, and was very helpful during my appointment. I didn't feel rushed which was lovely. Guillaume helped me shop for glasses, he was so lovely! He was helpful with offering suggestions, while also ensuring I found what I wanted and was comfortable. Everyone was patient, took their time, and didn't try to upsell me on everything. It was a genuine quality experience. I will be back for sure.

Take it from me who has been seeing eye doctors for more than 50 years. You will not be disappointed. I forgot to mention the frames are amazing.

This is the second time my family has been here and I have nothing but good things to say. They were able to get me in very quickly when my glasses broke, the exam was thorough, and all the staff and care providers are great. Thanks especially to Yolanda, who helped me choose my new glasses. She is patient and has great taste.

Moved into the area a year ago and am so glad to have this office nearby! It's a beautiful space and I've never had more fun shopping for glasses --I really appreciated how kind the ladies are. The patience and feedback on my frames gives me confidence they are gonna be my most stylish ones yet. I've been getting contacts for 26 years now, and this doctor by far inspires the most confidence. He is approachable while also taking eye health seriously. My new contacts feel great and I can see better than I have in a long time. He corrected an old script and the difference in my everyday is a game changer. Overall, doctor's appointments and new offices can be stressful -this was not at all! Highly recommend checking them out for your vision and eye care needs.

Dr. Firmin is the best eye doctor I’ve ever come across. Not only is she thorough, knowledgeable and smart, she’s also funny and very down to earth too! That’s a hard package to find :) she helped me figure out what was happening to my toddler’s eyes too and fixed the problem. I am so happy I found her and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Dr. Firmin is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and efficient and thorough. She is very down-to-earth. She puts you at ease during your visit. I am comfortable and very confident to having her as my doctor.

I visited recently for my first eye exam in years. Masks required upon entry but no mention of vax requirements. The staff were kind and seemed to have a strong camaraderie between them. Dr. Firmin made me feel very comfortable as she examined my eyes and explained every part of the exam. Before my appointment, I was concerned about how insurance would be involved in helping me get my new glasses, but the staff showed me which glasses would be covered by insurance. The lobby also smelled pleasant like expensive perfume and gave the store a cute boutique kind of feel. I was able to pick up my glasses two weeks after my exam which was a lot quicker than I expected. My only critique is that my appointment was for 11am, but I didn't get sent back to see Dr. Firmin until after 11:30am. I chose the earliest appointment available to me to avoid having to wait so long, but that was pointless. I just had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to speak to me. No mention of why my appointment was delayed. Luckily, I didn't have anything else to do that day. Overall, I enjoyed visting Optima Vision Center and will be choosing them for my next eye exam.
