The people working there were great, very kind and helpful. I bring my family to get an eye exam and glasses. Great customer service and atmosphere, I would highly recommend it. And I would like to appreciate and thank you for your services.

I went to Dr Brown after I had a bad experience last year with my contacts from another Doctor. Dr. Brown’s office is very professional and proficient. Dr. Brown was WONDERFUL!!!! She explained things to me that help me be more comfortable with wearing my contacts. The suggestion she gave me was not given last year, and I almost gave up on wearing contacts. I’m so glad I found Dr. Brown. I am enjoying wearing my contacts and the flexibility it allows. Thank you Dr. Brown I appreciate you!!!! I would give her 10 stars if it allowed

Absolutely loved my experience at Brown eye care! The whole staff at the practice is so kind, welcoming, professional and really take the time to explain things to you. Highly recommend!

Went there saying I was just pricing for an inexpensive pair of RX sunglasses. No one in the store but the proprietor. Showed him an ad I had and he basically said I could go somewhere else! I didn’t even have a chance to tell him I had a lot of flexibility in what I was going to pay! Just plain rude. I can understand why there weren’t any other customers.

Gone to them for over a decade. Amazing customer service, extremely personable and understanding. I have gotten 6 pairs of glasses from them, they do great with working with insurance. They have helped refit my frames a few time when they got bent out of shape same day as my appointments. I can not recommend them enough.

Don’t usually post reviews if I’d had a bad experience with a business/office but I felt I had to on this one… Can’t say I’ve been treated this poorly after a medical appointment ever. The staff was very rude upon scheduling my appointment and upon calling back to obtain my prescriptions. Their lack of electronic system makes it difficult when you need to access your prescription. I was accused of not holding onto a paper copy of my rx provided months prior after my appointment; however, I was never given an rx- only #s written on a post-it note that will not suffice when ordering glasses. I felt attacked when I stated I did not want contacts- very weird interactions overall. I will not be returning here for an eye exam or recommending to anyone else.

Referred here to see the well credentialed Cordelia N. Uddoh, MD, R. Ph. A little taken back when I entered because of the non affiliated glasses store in the front of the bldg. Quaint office space once inside but very dull. With no windows it feels like they need a upgrade. Even the lighting is shadowy. With that said, the staff are also boring at best. Makes you wonder what goes on when customers aren't there? Most places have loud easy listening music or a low playing t.v. but not here! Bring your beats cushioned headphones. Once meeting the doctor, pretty much of the same. Although very knowledgeable she was bland and straightforward. I needed to surgically remove a bump on my eyelid. But first I was walked around for testing of my vision. I realize that everybody can't be " jolly" at work but you're supposed to make people feel welcome WHEREVER the business is! Add that to the lengthy doctor's visit slowness and you suddenly feel the need for freedom when it's over!! I personally just wish that ALL of the African American establishments that I frequent would, invest not only in fancy equipment but pleasant and welcoming customer service!

I just left Omega Optical; needed a quick eyeglass adjustment. They handled it with no issues. I have been coming here for over 15 years, and highly recommend them. I will be scheduling an eye appointment & purchasing new glasses in a few months. Definitely check them out!!! Support small business!!!

I love the whole Team. They want you to find the right pair of glasses for you. They patiently showed me every pair I pulled out and also showed me a few they liked for my face. A great shopping experience!
