Efficient and timely.

I called asking for an estimate on how much it will cost to have an eye exam done and how much it would be to install lenses into my frame. I have done this at other opticians and they are able to give me an estimate, even though the installations of lenses have variable prices depending or the severity of the prescription. At least the price of the eye exam is usually flat. I was told by the person I spoke on the phone, rudely, that they have no obligation to give me a quote, and that I can come in to the store, they won't "hold" me or anything. Thank for letting me know.

I have tried to give the office staff the benefit of the doubt, but they are continually wasting customer's time. If the office was better managed and items they handle as walk-ins were split up into some walk-in and some appointments, it would be better organized. In my opinion it is laziness to not schedule people. They must believe that customers really enjoy sitting in their waiting room. They called me and said I could come pick up my glasses right away, but when I arrived now I would be waiting over an hour because some people had walked in before me. I had an appointment just an hour before to drop off the glasses, so why did they not schedule me to pick them up so that wouldn't happen. This would be a simple problem to fix.

Our family loves this place, we always get our eye exams, glasses and contact lenses here. Martin is an excellent asset to this place, always very helpful.

It was a great experience everyone was very helpful. Specially, Jada and Lindsey. Jada was very helpful & knowledgeable with my insurance and coupon. Very impressed. Lindsey was very helpful and sweet with my daughter picking out her glasses. Kevin, thank you for helping me order my contact lenses. Keep up the great work. First time going and I felt very comfortable.

Always a smooth and efficient visit.

I have been visiting this Boutique for over 35 years. I feel so confident with the staff that I have them select my frames each and every time I come in. This boutique will treat you just like family. They are honest and trustworthy.

I recently visited Walmart Vision & Glasses and had an excellent experience. The optometrist was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The selection of frames was impressive, and I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses at an affordable price. Overall, I highly recommend Walmart Vision & Glasses for their exceptional optometrist and staff, as well as their quality products and great value.

Very thorough and detailed oriented. Copious note taking. Direct and to the point. Vanilla personality but absolutely knows his stuff and would feel comfortable having as my doctor and surgeon. He is up to date on latest technology and options. Highly recommended

My experience at this eye care facility has been amazing so far. Kristin first helped me through email , she was so quick to getting back to me about my insurance and what the costs would be prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Tara helped me check in and she was so nice ! The facility first off looks really clean and immaculate. I was checked in super fast and saw the doctor within minutes. The Doctor was really informational and helped me understand more about my eye issues. After the exams , Tara was so patient and helped me pick out new glasses. I never felt rushed! I would highly recommend this facility. Great people , and the eye glass options are Amazing! I usually buy my glasses online , but this place had so many high quality options. This will be my go to Eye Care facility.

My first visit there and I was impressed. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated courteously. Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt quite welcome. Don't understand the poor reviews.
