I had a wonderful experience at Wize Eyes. I really needed to be seen ASAP to get contact lenses for an upcoming trip. I had called at least 3 other eye places that didn’t have any available appointments for TWO WEEKS! Finally I called Wize Eyes and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and signed in and I was able to be seen right away by Dr. B. His calming demeanor and professional eye exam was quick and to the point. He even gave me some contacts and eye solution to take home with me. The prices for my contacts were reasonable and they accept my insurance so it was an affordable visit. The staff was very nice and they even fixed my glasses (that were not bought at this store) for free! Definitely would recommend and will be going back for glasses soon!

So, it is a Sunday today Oct 08 2023, and unfortunately I had my eye glass frame broken. Called Wize Eyes randomly and the polite lady, Kim helped me not only get the frame and fix the glasses immediately, she also worked for me to get a fair and reasonable price. A few other places in the same radius were charging ridiculous price and were trying to take undue advantage of my situation. Kim and David personally searched for the right sized frame in which the eye glasses would perfectly fit. It is very painful when you cannot see things clearly and your glasses break. But this pain went away only because of the outstanding care and service provided by Kim and David. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and could see the world again with the new eye glasses. From now on, my entire family knows where to go for their eye care. Thank you great people.

I payed over $230 for the blue light lenses. Ran a blue light test on them and there was no blue light blocking on the lenses. Brought them in to notify the technician and he wouldn’t believe it. Blamed the tester and the factory they get the lenses from. Left the glasses with them to contact their lens supplier. If they fix this issue, I will update this review with a better one for correcting their mistake. I’ve been coming here for years and spent a lot of money. Referred so many people from our community to them. This is not right. Fix the mistake and move on.

My family has had only good experiences here. Dr. Jindra and his staff truly care and take time with patients to address any and all concerns.

The staff was friendly and wore masks They were on time with my appointment. The doctor and staff were easy to talk to as he explained what was going to be tested. The doctor gave some help hints to help protect my eyes better. Very glad I went. Thank you Ed

Dr. Lee is a fantastic eye doctor. I had an eye injury requiring immediate attention and not only did she fit me into her schedule last minute, she did a fantastic job treating me with skill, kindness and care. Two weeks after my accident no one believed me that I had an eye injury. I highly, highly recommend her to everyone!!

So I didn’t like the price they told me for my glasses so I told them I need my prescription so I can get my glasses from somewhere . Every time I call them they saying my information is not in their system, only it will be available after the billing department take care my bills? Seriously every time I call them they saying next week we will call you , so far no one call me . I will not recommend this place to any body . Their price is comparatively higher than other places any way .

The guy who did my eye exam made fun of me because I had mild exzema and dry hands (lotion only helps for 30 minutes) My glasses also took longer to come then what they said but thats fine. I didn’t give this place horrible reviews because it was just one guy working at right vision optical not the whole staff.
