I highly recommend this office, especially for nuerolens! The optometrist is very knowledgeable. The staff are extremely professional and they are always available to help you. With nuerolens, you sometimes need frequent adjustments, and byfar this office has gone over and beyond for me! Again, I highly recommend!!

This is a fine local establishment for the Franklin Square community. Everyone is very friendly, the MD is kind, generous with her time and pretty much spot on. The staff is great. Phone calls are always answered. The glasses are reasonably priced. Very happy to have met these people and highly recommend.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. The doctor is not very talkative, you have to extract the information from her. She does not like answering questions pertaining to your exam or results. I guess she feels as long as she makes the diagnosis, there should be no questions. Lol. Her support staff is terrific. They are patient and knowledgeable so no issue there at all. My other only issue was the fact that I wasn't told of the options I have when ordering my lenses. In fact, i was actually told that I was getting "Progressive and Transitional" lenses. I was not given the choice or informed that if I decided on regular bifocals and regular lenses that I would not have the pay the additional $160.00 out of pocket. I only found out because I asked multiple questions as to why my insurance wasn't covering this. Anyway, it's a decent place to go but just make sure that you ASK QUESTIONS!!! 😉

Loved going to this eye doctor. Also, its walking distance from my house that was huge perk! I felt NO PRESSURE when choosing glasses which is important because sometimes it takes a while to find those perfect ones. The exam went smoothly and I actually left the room smiling. When my dog ate my glasses and I called them crying they comforted me and helped me order a new pair right away. Every time they see me now they ask about my dog haha.

Receptionist was courteous and very helpful. She answered my questions and offer alternative to resolve my situation. Very friendly!

Great service. They are very straight-forward with you which makes the process very efficient. They address all of your questions completely and are always helpful. The eye exam did feel rushed by the eye doctor but, hey, I have no complaints, the eye exam seems very basic and easy for him and it seemed he had enough experience that he could already tell nothing was really wrong with my eyes and that the eye exam was more of a formality for me. They are the real deal.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Lane for years and he is the best! He is so thorough and kind. He even makes my kids feel comfortable. There is no one else we would trust with our eyes!

He was able to see me the same week I needed for an urgent matter. The office was officiant and timely. Dr. Lane was a true professional I recommend him to all that need a eye specialist.

The whole staff was great! Dr. Marcus is wonderful! He listens and addresses your questions and concerns. Takes his time and gives you his best opinion. There’s always an assistant with the Dr. this time I had the Pleasure of meeting Hannah very welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful.

OCLI staff from front receptionists to the staff assisting the doctors are all extremely professional, polite and caring. In addition the office functions efficiently. Dr. Hayes is outstanding. Besides being professional he is a kind spirit and makes you feel comfortable. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes and I could not be more pleased. I’m blessed to have found him. Highly recommend all of them.
