I was sent to Dr Purgert for specialized eye surgery by my Erie eye specialist in May. Have been very pleased with Dr Purgert and his entire staff, they ALL have been very kind , caring and helpful at every visit to the office, we are very grateful for them all!

Dr Montesanti is wonderful! I highly recommend him & ECVA My only ( minor) complaint- had to wait kinda long for Dr, but understand you have a busy office .

I absolutely love Dr. Mai and her team! From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Mai the experience is top notch. I started coming to this office ten years ago because my husband grew up coming here. Now I bring my two young children. Dr. Mai tailors her care to the needs of each family member. She is not only extremely intelligent and experienced, but also shows great patience and compassion with our kids. I give this office my highest recommendation! You will be so happy you came here!

Dr. Loshe has performed cataract surgery on both eyes now and I cannot say enough about her and seeing as well as I did 40 years ago. She is easy to talk to and explains things well. I highly recommend her.

I don't know where to begin. My wife was under the impression now for weeks that she has been causing an abrasion on her eye due to her being "dry." Tonight, it happened again and we were freaking out because all of the optometrists were closing shop and who wants to sit in an ER room for hours on end. Thank god for Dr. Jannelli. I couldn't be more thankful for him as we called him about 15 minutes before close and us having to make about a 15 minute drive to get there. He went ahead and ran some errands and told us to meet him at his business at 9. No regular doctor has ever done anything like this for us. He went out of his way to help someone in need and we couldn't be anymore thankful for it. So we get there 15 minutes early just in case he got there a little early which he ended up there early anyways and we were in and out within 15 minutes. On top of this, we found out there is actually something wrong with my wife's eye and no other doctor has noticed this, even with flipping her eyelid out which he didn't have to do. He graduated in 1972, therefore, 45 years of experience, and let me tell you it shows. Again, I couldn't be anymore thankful for Dr. Jannelli and I definitely will not be returning to any Innovision place of business ever again. Definitely make the drive for this fantastic doctor.

Dr Merino is a great optometrist. He takes time to explain any questions with kindness and professionalism. He has taken care of my family since he was in Placentia. We now go to his new location in Paramount. We are very happy with him and his office personnel. They are friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended. Our 2-month-old son had a clogged tear duct which turned severe infection that required surgery under anesthesia. Given our child's age, this was something we were weary of. From the moment we saw Dr. Lipsky, he was on the ball to resolve the issue. In addition to being a fantastic surgeon, he is the most communicative doctor we have ever worked with. Every step of the way he was there informing us of timelines and updates. Very compassionate and empathetic as well. Thank you!

I’ve been with new Optix San Marcos for over 3 years I bring my 2 children here to get their eye exam done and get glasses if needed! Today I called and Ashley picked up I needed to get my frame replaced cause my glasses were destroyed from me sleeping with them. Ashley answered all my answers she was patient and when I asked if they offered military discount for my frames she said they did offer it as long it wasn’t apart of any of their promotions! She found the frame I currently have and they were in stock so I was super happy to get my frame the same day with my lenses! Thank you Ashley and their team for being patient with me with answering all my questions professionally I really appreciate it!

Same story as the others! Not a customer but I stopped by to see if I could get my glasses repaired as a lens fell out, and the kind ladies at the desk replaced the screw immediately for no cost. I came just before closing too. Their kindness made my day. Thank you to the kind workers for their generosity! Edit: The lens fell out again, so I returned and they fixed it for $5. So far the fix has lasted even after I bent them when I fell asleep on my glasses! The ladies weren't nearly as kind this time though, so I don't think they'll lend me their kindness again.
