Wait time was average. No complaints. Dr. Angelilli is an absolute delight! Very pleasant and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. Dr. Angelilli, is a brilliant, competent and knowledgeable physician. She is also caring and compassionate. To have a doctor that you can trust is priceless. I am very blessed to be her patient.

I will recommend anyone to this place at any point in time. I’m so happy I discovered this hidden gem! Mark is the most patient and knowledgeable person I’ve met and will assist in any and all optical needs, whether its for the DMV or just vision.

I’m really happy I found this place. Mark was great and personable to work with. He helped me replace the lenses on my glasses. He was flexible about dropping off my frames to have them replaced. Mark got the replacement done in a very timely manner and reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

I accompanied my mother for a near vision correction consultation, and we were extremely satisfied with every member that we encountered during our visit. The office was extremely efficient in their work. Dr. Ahmed was the physician who did my mom's consultation and we are so grateful for his honesty and genuine concern for my mom. Instead of merely pushing for the procedure, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and even allowed my mom to test her potential vision after the procedure. Dr. Ahmed's primary focus was ensuring her satisfaction with the results. After careful thought, my mom decided to postpone her Lasik procedure until after retirement, as she concluded that the drawbacks outweigh the benefits at this stage of her life. We are immensely grateful to Dr. Ahmed for his kindness, sincerity and genuine care. His approach stands out in comparison to other places that may prioritize financial gain over patient welfare, which shows why this particular practice has garnered such exceptional ratings. I will definitely be sharing my 5 star experience with the people around me.

The team here at New Hyde Park is phenomenal. They are very professional and extremely caring. They answer all questions that you may have and are very attentive. Dr. Ahmed takes great care of you and answers your calls. I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions of my life and I’m happy I did it with this team! My vision is amazing and I don’t have to wear contacts or glasses anymore all thanks to them!

Everyone is super nice, facility is fast pace , relaxing, surgery is quick and easy. I personally wanted to commend Dr.Ahmed. He is the Dr that did my consultation, who also did my moms a few years back. He remembered her. He is so kind and the most genuine Dr you will ever meet. After my surgery I promise I had Dr.Ahmed on speed dial! Every single one of my calls got answered no matter the time or day. He could tell you how many times I called him the first week of my surgery 😅. And he always showed genuine concern and wanted my eyes to heal properly. & was at my side to help Every-time I needed. The most selfless unimaginable thing he ever did for me was drive after working in New Jersey all the way to Long Island ONLY to change my contact. This location was closed at the time and he went out of his way to come help with 1 EYE! For no more than 10 minutes. He could’ve told me to wait it out or come in during office hours but no. I couldn’t be more grateful for him. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t know what to do during my healing process.
