The Dr is amazing...he may seem a little blunt but he sincerely cares abt your well being(cant say that abt every dr).the lady in the front is super accommodating and nice....Highly recommend!!

Doctor for eye exam was helpful and available in the evening which was convenient. This place will not give you your old prescription. I called to get my PDI and they said "We do not keep those records". I guess if you are not purchasing directly from them keep extra care of your documents and prescription.

Fast service and nice enough especially since I walked in 20 mins before closing time. Waiting for the call to pick up single vision readers.

Rude

The lady who makes appointments through the phone is very rude,doesnt listen,interrupt. Very disrespectful

Shocked by all the negative reviews, felt obligated to share my experience since i have been coming here for a couple years now. Staff is courteous and professional. I had to reschedule my appointment and was able to with no issues. Also I barely had to wait and the Dr was amazing. I personally recommend this place for anyone in Queens.
