I have been going here for years and finally had cataract surgery, which went went really. I must say the office is friendly and well run. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Aspasia Draga explain things and made it whole experience painless.

I had a very positive experience here today. The receptionist was very friendly and was even able to accommodate my daughter without an appointment. The doctor was excellent and explained everything throughout the exam nor did I feel any rush. My daughter is usually scared of going to the doctor but she very much enjoyed her time. Steve was wonderful! He gave me great recommendations on glasses and took his time despite being busy with other patients. They work with your budget without being pushy. I wish them good luck on the new ownership and I will definitely be returning again. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

I recently experienced exceptional service during an emergency at this establishment, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The owner went above and beyond, demonstrating not only remarkable efficiency in providing prompt care for my son's injury but also genuine respect and consideration. Their honoring of military service added a personal touch that was deeply appreciated.The eye Dr was professional and thorough with a calming demeanor. The owner's helpful and respectful demeanor, coupled with the swift and compassionate response to our situation, made a stressful moment much more manageable. I highly commend this establishment for their outstanding service and commitment to both the community and those who have served in the military.

From making an appointment, to seeing the Dr., to picking out lenses, to receiving my new glasses, absolutely the best overall experience! The Dr. listened to my concerns and questions and treated me with kindness and respect. Steve (the owner) was very patient and truly seemed to enjoy the job of helping me choose the perfect new lenses. Everyone who works there is lovely. I was called even earlier than expected to pick up my new glasses and they're perfect! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and anyone else who asks!

Went into this location just to get my eyes tested and get a pair of glasses. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was helped by Shelly and she knew exactly what frames would fit my face structure. I had a great time trying on glasses. Will definitely be back at this location for some summer frames. Highly recommend for all your eye glasses needs.

Just purchased a new pair of glasses from Cohen’s Optical. It’s the third pair I’ve purchased this year. One pair of glasses was damaged in an accident and the staff at Cohen’s was so helpful. I was shocked to find that the frame could be repaired, no questions asked. The repair was excellent. I was so pleased I purchased a new pair so that the repaired glasses could be used as a back up. I just picked up the new glasses and couldn’t be more pleased. Many thanks to the eye glass technician and special thanks to Cara, who was so helpful, professional and friendly!!!! I certainly recommend Cohen’s optical at Bay Terrace. They are great. Service is fabulous!!!!

Had an issue with my contact lens on a Sunday afternoon and I was very lucky that Dr. Wagner was there to assist me. He was patient, kind and most of all extremely knowledgeable! I am so grateful he was there and in a matter of 5 minutes my issue was resolved. Thank you again Dr. Wagner.

I'm saddened to write this review because my family has been with Draga for over 30 years. Let me start by saying that the doctors are wonderful... BUT, The scheduling is completely ridiculous. I've never had an appointment time that was honored. Today, I took my mom, 88 years-old for her appointment and waited well over an hour, then when we asked about the wait, we were met with attitude. I'm not sure what's happening here but it is quite unfortunate. Hopefully someone from the practice cares enough to address this issue.
