I'm saddened to write this review because my family has been with Draga for over 30 years. Let me start by saying that the doctors are wonderful... BUT, The scheduling is completely ridiculous. I've never had an appointment time that was honored. Today, I took my mom, 88 years-old for her appointment and waited well over an hour, then when we asked about the wait, we were met with attitude. I'm not sure what's happening here but it is quite unfortunate. Hopefully someone from the practice cares enough to address this issue.

Above and beyond is all I can say. Eyes on bell is an awesome store very high end feel like your in the city. The staff there is so lovely, helpful, and honest. They helped me picked out a frame that fit my face well, payed attention to my wants, dislikes and what worked best in my budget. It was an amazing experience and I will be returning here for all my eye care needs and wants. Dr. Park is amazing very quick and thorough exam super friendly and sweet and explains everything in details so you understand everything that is going on with your vision. Over all this place is a 10 out of 10 Would highly recommend : )

I struggled to find a place near me that had a good reputation. Eyes on Bell was simply a perfect experience. The proprietors are genuinely so friendly, helpful and patient, they helped me find not only what I liked, but also in my price range. Helpfulness, professionalism, and friendly and respectful all get 5/5. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, they are very professional and friendly. Helped my girlfriend pick out glasses she likes and also helped us with getting her contact lenses with ease. Thank you guys! We will be back here soon when she needs to order more contacts :) see you then!

When I was examined by Dr, Rogers on November 22, he stated that I have a narrowing of the angles in the eye. He stated that I needed a procedure to correct this and my eyes could not be safely dilated. I have never had this issue before and I was just examined by another ophthalmologist earlier this year. I agreed to have this procedure done, however, I stated that I need to wait until after my wife had cataract surgery, Dr. Rogers did not listen to what I said and did not respect the fact that I needed wait. His rush to perform this procedure as well as the fact that I have never been told I had a problem before leaves without any confidence Dr. Rogers or his staff. Therefore I will not be returning to his office and do not recommend that anyone else does as well.

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. June Choi was so thorough and caring. I had two visits and both were great. Would highly recommend.

Dr. N is professional, personable, kind and knowledgeable. I’m really pleased that I was referred to him. He’s humble, pleasant and caring. He treats me with respect and is a joy!! Thank you for all you do!! Good luck with your career!

I am very pleased to say that I will now be switching over from my old ophthalmologist to the Dr. Draga Practice. Dr. Carrie Zaslow went above and beyond to treat me the proper way, and actually cared about helping me. The staff is very friendly and informative as well. I nightly recommend!

I am so glad to find the Dr. Draga, for my surgery. She calmly explains all details well. The most of my experiences are all of staffs are super kind and the place is very clean with hi-tech. machineries. Thank you all.

I had an eye emergency during the pandemic. My sister in law referred me to this office after having a terrific experience with Dr. Giannikis. Dr. Aspacia Draga and Dr. Irene Draga took amazing care to treat my condition over a three week period. I am so thankful to them for their professionalism and bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable in their care and I attribute my speedy recovery to their competence. I highly recommend this practice!!!
