The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for a few years now for my reading glasses and also sunglasses. David is exceptional at giving me the best recommendation and prices. Most of all I appreciate that he's not trying to sell me what I don't need. He advise me which product is better suited for me. The prices are really good. I am overall happy with my product and service and that's why I have been going there and referring my family and friends to go there. Keep up the great work David and his staff.

I was warmly and quickly received and taken care of. The technicians were respectful and patient. They performed my eye exam well and expected everything along the way and answered all of my questions kindly. I appreciate their services and highly recommend them to anyone.

It was my first time here and I received excellent customer service from Javi and the tech David was the best! They made me feel very comfortable and I chose beautiful Gucci frame!

THE WORST staff. Wait times are horrible, staff doesn't know how to schedule and you'll be waiting over an hour even if you get there eearly. Twice I've showed up and told my daughter can't be seen because her insurance referral expired and that we need new ones. The staff should check and make sure before the actual visit. When you tell them they catch attitudes and become unprofessional I wish there was 0 stars

I had a appointment scheduled for today at 2:30 when I showed up today and I was told my appointment was canceled yesterday… and then it changed to this morning at 9am and then it changed to 12 noon. I did see notification at 12 :10 from my chart once I was already at the doctors office that the appointment was canceled and then rescheduled for a different doctor on Thursday. I was told that I said i didn’t want to see dr Yang Russel which is a complete and total lie. I have never said anything remotely close to this. I remember her calling me 6 months ago and there was a discrepancy on whether I should take medication she wanted me to take which I did not want to take. Now I have an appointment for Thursday 12/8 at 2pm which I did not make. I will not be there on thur 12/8 which I thought I made clear when I was in the office today. I will not waste my time the appointments have been canceled numerous times since I saw her earlier this year … I had no idea the reason was clearly the doctor had a issue with me not the other way around. This was unprofessional and manipulative to have a patient attempting to receive care be turned away numerous times and not realizing I wouldn’t receive care at all.

My wife received service from this place and was informed to return home after her ultrasound and that her doctor would call us and explain the results within 24 hours. 24 hours pass and we still heard nothing. We had to be the ones to take initiative to call our doctor about the ultrasound results, and when we did contact our doctor, she tells us that TJH Medical Services didn't send anything. This place is truly garbage. How you can just leave patients in the dark about important medical information is beyond me....

I was in and out in a little over an hour. I loved the friendly atmosphere. The place was clean and they wiped down the machines before and after my exams. I refuse to give them 5 stars because I spent way too much money. This was my second time at this location.

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Doctor was direct, honest, transport, and didn't mind me asking several questions. Good experience would recommend if your located close to this location

Storefront service was excellent however the doctor was quite rude and seemed to rush the visit. When I was asking questions regarding my eye health, she came off as very demeaning. Would not recommend visiting this location ever again.
