My experience with them at their Astoria location was horrific. Not only did they provide me with faulty glasses and initially claimed they would repair them, but they also placed the burden of responsibility on me if any damage occurred during the repair process. To compound the issue, they charged me $88 for the service, only to discover later that my insurance co-payment should have been just $40.

The doctor is very nice man. Very kind and professional. Sadly thats the only good thing I have to say about this place. Watch out for that short young girl they got working in the front. She will try to upsell you things you don't need relentlessly. Which I understand at the end of the day because a business is a business but she had the nerve to give me an attitude when I didn't fall for it. The audacity! They also made me wait way longer than expected to get my glasses. Which again I understand stuff happens. But when I call you to ask where my glasses are don't put me on hold for half an hour and hang up on me. I’ll let you guess who was answering the phone. I called multiple times and kept getting put on hold. I had to get my girlfriend to call. What a coincidence that she wasn't put on hold. Thats so crazy. Super shady people that only care about money. Stay away!

I completely forgot to confirm my contact less order. I went in and they assisted me right away. I even asked for an extra pair of trails and they accommodated me right away. Great customer service.

Wow, just wow. The most amazing doctor I have ever been to in my life. She is so patient, knowledgeable, makes you feel secure and just an outstanding doctor & person! God bless. I’ve never felt happier. Thank you again so much!

The doctor and staff are all exceptional. And the office is very clean and well kept.

THIRD VISIT : As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Monica and Crystal at the front desk. They are both very welcoming ! After waiting a short time , in the comfortable and clean waiting room, I was examined by three technologists Amy , Jocelyn and Nimba , They are all very gentle. focused and efficient ! I was also seen and examined by Beatrice Whitaker MD, an opthalmologist , that I had not met before . She is truly wonderful ! I was also seen today by .Neelofar Chaznawi MD. .She is a keeper !!! , Oh previously , before coming here, I spoke to Amand regarding my appointment .. He was very patient and solved my situation.. Actually looking forward to coming back here again. FIRST VISIT I was very upset because I had recently lost my favorite eyeglasses. I needed a new prescription.Fortunately I discovered this doctor.. Here is my report card. REPORT CARD Front desk: A+++ Cassandra and Monica greeted me warmly and are helpful. Technicians A+++ Yin, Marta & Christin.are all efficient ,friendly and helpful Doctor A+++ Dr. Ghaznawi is a gem ! She is so very kind .gentle knowledgeable, thorough and efficient.. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends about her and her staff SECOND VISIT:. Had another really good experience here.. Want to include Amy in this current review. The entire staff here is wonderful !

My family and been coming here for over 20 years now. Always pleasant, carefully goes through any questions or concerns. Accommodating always. His assistant Cindy always helpful and gets us in last minute if necessary. Love this place
