Dr Chen is my favorite and best eye doctor ever I have seen. I am a hospital worker, met with lots of doctors but she is totally different from others I found. She is very fast and expert on her field. I wish her best of luck.

Customer service was outstanding. The staff, especially Madeline and Rosanna, provided exceptional assistance with my mother’s and my inquiries. Their professionalism and friendliness were notable as they expertly navigated us through the selection of progressive lenses and the ideal frame. I highly recommend this store for its excellent service and expertise.

Wonderful location. Fantastic staff. Madeline helped me select two pairs, taking the time to help me find attractive and appropriate frames. She could not have been nicer or more professional. This is the place I trust to get my prescription right.

Customer service is exceptional. Madeline was very kind, patient and her help in choosing glasses was very well received and informative. There was another girl and I forgot her name she was also very helpful in guiding me on how to use and get use to my new progressive lenses.

Absolutely great experience. The staff was polite and efficient, and Dr. McHugh was highly professional and took a great amount of time not only diagnosing, but explaining everything. You can tell she has passion for her craft. Highly recommend.

Dr McHugh is great, as well as the staff. However, the selection of the eyeglasses is very limited, and it takes longer than two weeks to have your eyeglasses get made. If your eyes are uncomfortable without your glasses and you have no choice but to wait, that is a long wait. If you are looking for a high-end pair of glasses that you are willing to pay extra for because they are nice, this might not be the place for you because it is so hard to find a nice-looking pair here and it forces you to narrow your options down. But if you are looking for a staff that communicates with you, and keeps you informed, this is the place for you.

Read the review before I go there without an appointment. It is a small shop and has 4 staff running there. They are pretty busy and the space becomes crowded once you have 3-4 clients at the same time. I paid $30 for DMV test and added another $30 for a vision test. Finished everything in half an hour which the first 20 mins I was waiting for other people in front of me. Nothing to complain compared with the one I did before at Costco center. I have to book an appointment after I wasted my first visit since too many people there and paid $70 just for a vision test.

TERRIBLE!!! even if he was free, I would not go to him. HE WROTE ME a WRONG prescription for 3 YEARS!!! I went to different doctors and they said my prescription was wrong. He is lucky I didn't sue him for malpractice, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR, very unprofessional and very dirty!

They told me my eyesight was horrible when my prescription was 25. This ended me to buy an about $500 pair of glasses which I didn’t even need

Very polite staff. Doctors ans technicians very knowledgeable on the issues involving your.visit. No rush to talk you on your problems. Thanks to them all.
