Highly unprofessional. I terminated services one month ago due to therapist who would minimize my experience and insert opinions, always with a frustrated tone. I terminated services two weeks ago via email and many calls and still get calls reminding me to go to group followed by outreach calls inquiring if I am ok. Clearly no communication. It is also highly impossible to get a message from one person to the next.

The Doctor was amazing and the staff ,really friendly and helpful, I work atva clinic also and stared having eyes problems they had alot of patience with me explaining everything.Im really great full for everything.

Excellent attention, customer service is 10+ , the Doctor Aquije was incredible helpful on directions. The local; clean and ladies in front Rosi and Sarah very very professionals. The team at Patino Eye Care is priceless.

The place was VERY NICE & CLEAN & the all of the female employees were VERY NICE & VERY PATIENT with me, & to the other customers as well. The place was quite relaxing to me & nice music on the 🎶 radio playing 🎴 while I was waiting for my turn to get some service. I also discovered that they had some VERY INTERESTING & VERY NICE frames for the Eye 👀 glasses. 🤓 They were very cool & colorful too for me to choose from too! However they were expensive & my insurance was probably no longer covering them like they used to though. 😔😔 The waiting was long & quite crowded, but overall the store was REAL Nice & the experience was worth it on my VERY FIRST visit. Personally, I think 💬🤔 I might even go back to this Eyes & Optics NY store plus it's close to Elmhurst Hospital! 😉👍🏾😀🤓

I was seen without an appointment even though they were busy, they did their best to squeeze me in. The doctor was sooo so nice, he made sure all of the equipments are clean before use and made sure my new prescription is perfect for my liking.

I’ve changed my rating because they are more organized than before. Dr. Lopez always disinfects with alcohol all the machines where you place your face. He listens to your eye care needs. My family has been seeing him for over 30 years and he's always been an amazing doctor. He takes his time to make sure you feel comfortable and not rushed if you need glasses, which is a plus when you have children ❤️ I changed my rating because they are more organized than before. Dr Chen is my favorite and best eye doctor ever I have seen. I am a hospital worker, met with lots of doctors but she is totally different from others I found. She is very fast and expert on her field. I wish her best of luck.
