great customer service. the owner and staffs are friendly. saw some repeat customers in the store. The owner and staffs were very patient to the elders which i found very impressive. The owner has good knowledge about the frame brands， she can tell my husband s old frame price range immediately (which really close to what we paid in another glasses store). price is way better than Chinatown. so glad we found this place where you could chat with the owner like she is your old friend.

Very professional and friendly, helped me pick out glasses I loved! They work quickly as well. Will probably come back :D

A clean, comfortable, and quiet lobby. Many frame styles to choose from. Friendly, patient (*very* patient, I took a long time to make up my mind!), and helpful in every way. Calm, thorough, professional optometrists. Convenient access from the 82nd Street 7-train stop in Jackson Heights. These are some of the many reasons why our family appreciates Jackson Heights Vision Center! (Note, there is no parking lot, which is common for *any* location in Jackson Heights!)

Just let down by their customer service. They make everything difficult for no reason: from scheduling an appointment to getting your data transferred when needed by another optometrist. I dont think i will return anytime soon.

I'm so pleased with my eye doctor which I have been seeing for few years now at Jackson Heights Vision Center. Today got my new upgraded to progressive 👓 and Angela was very helpful and detailed. I'm recommending this Vision Center,and they have such a nice selection of beautiful frames 😍

JC penny optical is superb and outstanding in terms of customer service and attending you! The manager David is extremely welcoming and helpful, answering all questions that you have and makes sure to give you all details and disclosures on discounts and deals. 10/10 would recommend and coming back again!

I have been using Jcpenney optical services for the last 3 years and am happy with their service. Never had an issue or any delays in receiving my contacts or eye glasses. Doctor is beyond excellent and very good. Staff is on point and helpful. Prices are fair and now they take insurance which is great.

Good selection of glasses. First time recieving the glasses was horrible. Employee doesn't know how to fit glasses to your face. The glasses themselves came chipped around the edges and one arm wasn't fixed properly. . Sent them back to be fixed and this time when I got home I noticed that the lenses had circular scratches in the center. Took me a week to get back and I guess because I had them for a few days the lady tried to blame me for the scratches, saying I cleaned them incorrectly. I corrected her and now I'm getting a THIRD pair. Right before walking away she tried to tell me how this happens when you don't clean teflon glasses properly, like this was clearly my fault and she didn't believe me. We'll see if the third pair is finally worth my $500. After this I WON'T be coming back. The quality of glasses the company provides is horrendous.

Highly unprofessional. I terminated services one month ago due to therapist who would minimize my experience and insert opinions, always with a frustrated tone. I terminated services two weeks ago via email and many calls and still get calls reminding me to go to group followed by outreach calls inquiring if I am ok. Clearly no communication. It is also highly impossible to get a message from one person to the next.
