Dr. Weissman is the worst doctor. My husband brought a paper from dmv to have him fill out for tinted windows. He diagnosed him as having photophobia, but would not check the box on the form because he feels nobody should be driving with tinted windows, thats up to the dmv to decide not him.

Wish I can give less than one star ...Terrible service....the WORST...especially the front desk workers. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID. DON't Go There...Doesn't even deserve one star.

The staff in this place are delightful and understanding. They help you pick out the perfect pieces of eyewear just for you, giving you suggestions and their ideas about which glasses you should purchase. The staff are also highly effective about giving you a prescription, asking you which lenses you prefer. Overall, a wonderful business that any people who are in the glasses market should pay a visit.

Went to this place to have my frame fixed. The gentleman helped fix it real quick, and the young lady also patiently cleaned my aged glasses, which have never been cleaned before :) I was worried that I might get turned down as they don't make any profit from helping fix frames. It turned out that they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Such a gem of a place

Billy and Chloe were very professional and knowledgeable about the health of my eyes. Chloe helped me choose the right frame that were affordable. I recommend anyone who needs glasses for the first time or for upgrade to come here. I'll definitely be back.

What a disappointment in service and pricing. I found out that there are many other opticals in Bayside (Bell Blvd) and Flushing that accept vision insurance and offer BETTER pricing and excellent customer service. The staff here are rude and not knowledgeable regarding products. Tried on glasses that were clearly “used,worn”.

After moving, my regular optometrist is a bit out of the way for me so I stopped by to find out their price for replacement lenses. They were reluctant to give me a straight answer and took down my personal information and dosage and then asked for a deposit, still never telling me what their price is. It felt like pulling teeth to get a simple question answered. $120 for replacement polycarbonate lenses- seems a tad bit unreasonable to me. I ended up just going back to my regular optometrist and getting replacements for free. Beware!

Dont know why theres so many bad reviews but ive been coming here for over a decade since i was in middle school and theyve always been great! It can get busy at times but ive never had trouble getting checked and prescriptions

Dr. Airiani is the consummate professional to trust with your eyes. She diagnosed my hemorrhaging conjunctivitis before the blood came full on and prescribed the appropriate medication to resolve it promptly. She is a HUGE 10 of 10 Her medical staff are always cordial and accommodating!!! Facilities are immaculate! Worth going to for regular eye exams!

I am very happy to say that having Dr. Airiani as my doctor has been a wonderful experience. She is very caring, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable and her staff is just wonderful. I constantly advise my friends to go to her for expert and compassionate care.
