Dr. Airiani is one of the best. Inhave recommended her to friends and family and they are very satisfied. She is very nice and explains in words you understand. She does not rush you.

The worst office you can go to. They will take money away for you, last year I had ordered a yearly supply of contacts and had no issue receiving the rebate because it was my first time ordering contacts with them. A couple months ago I came in to order more contacts but the workers working the front obviously did not have the correct information when it came to rebate, I had ordered a 6 month supply of contacts and requested a rebate but turns out you have to be consistent with the purchase of your contacts in order to receive the rebate I even made sure with them and they said I would receive the rebate but of course that didn't happen. The guy who works the front is useless and provides no help, he was the one who assured me that I would receieve the rebate and even after complaining to them he tries calling the company for my contacts but they even rejected his request for a rebate, his attitude is also awful. I lost money because they lacked knowledge and provided 0 help, they say theyll call you back and never. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The staff is nice. However, they are pricey $$$$. Be very mindful of how you order your glasses , ask a ton of questions. See what your union covers what they take off. Cause you're going to pay.

Will never go here again, have good insurance. Bought my own frames in, charged me 450 bucks they said that was with insurance, checked my insurance never put claim in, wanted pink tints came out red. Glasses sit on TV stand will never wear them. $450 bucks to learn never to go here

On July 7th I had a pleasant experience and smooth process with the help of Stephanie. She gave me great advice and assisted me on the best options on which lenses and frames suited me. Fastest time I’ve ever received glasses in just 2 days! They fit perfectly, look stylish, and were budget friendly. I selected a thinner version lens for aesthetics and also went ahead with the scratch/glare/smudge resistant lens-totally worth it. This is the happiest I’ve been in a long time with my new lightweight glasses! I definitely recommend Stephanie to all current and new customers as she is very kind, patient, and professional! P.S. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on Google I just couldn’t pass up on doing it.

If you’re looking for service and nice people do not go here!!! I’ve never been so insulted in my life walked in this morning…. I was coming in to have a pair of my glasses redone, I’ve been coming here for years the woman/girl at the counter was so rude!! I couldn’t even believe it I walked in without a mask, I said I didn’t have one. If you want people to wear masks which I totally understand you should have a box of masks for your customers when they walk in. Shame on you!! I run a business also and we have masks for people to put on if they don’t have them. I just went down the block on Bell Blvd to Eyes on Bell and ordered my new lens and frames $875.00 and they had masks at the entrance and amazing customer service.

I was very grateful to the teacher in charge, Lee Sang-woo, who explained things very kindly, and the people who did the basic check-up were also really kind. Highly recommended.

Dr Pandey is an excellent Ophthalmologist. I have been his patient for many years. He has always given me great advice & thorough examinations. I trust him completely with my care. I highly recommend him.
