Dr Tseng saw me for the first time as an emergency. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I felt well taken care of. All of the support staff, the front desk, the tech that did my initial intake exam, and those who too pictures of my eye were friendly and kind. Dr Tseng examined me thoroughly and explained everything he was doing and what he saw. I have the utmost confidence in this practice and highly recommend them.

Awesome! Dr Rosenbaum is an excellent especialist in Opthalmology. Pleasant and a very optimistic personality. God bless him. I totally recommend this place.

Excellent service, fast respond. Ruben is a great person to deal with. Had broken glasses, got an upgrade within minutes with new made lenses and a an excellent original Gucci frame. Great neighborhood experience over all.

I realy like the value, quality and appearance of the sunglasses. And that it's worth the purchase, they are very good quality and that they look authentic.

Dr. Tilin and Carolina, at the front desk, were so patient for all of my questions and concerns. My visit was quick and efficient especially thanks to Carolina who made sure I was seen as quickly as possible. Dr. Tilin is a very compassionate doctor as took her time to made me feel comfortable and explain things to me without rushing the visit. They were even so thoughtful in helping me pick out glasses. Highly recommend this place if you want high quality care.

First visit at this doctor office and it was amazing. The doctor explained everything with great detail and included information on what we were looking at, what’s the average and where my details fall within those parameters. The front desk individuals were very helpful and helped explain everything and discussed with me the best path to use when it came to utilizing my insurance and my out of pocket expenses. Every interaction was great and I would definitely recommend visiting.

Since Dr Flug left this office is ridiculous inefficient. I was on hold for over 40 minutes to get a prescription for my son to get glasses. To get prescription this is ridiculous, I do think I want to continue with service here, very disappointed. Still on the phone not sure if this call will be successful. You lost more patients from my family. Call back three times still no help, was transferred to the manager which of course I got a voice-mail. Let's see if I will get a return phone call. They so called help NYPD patients. Do not believe them.
