Waiting time is too long. If you are retired and have nothing else than waiting to see the Dr., it is the right place. Dr. told me that driving is OK after pupil dilation, it is not the case at all

I have trusted Dr. Sheyman for years and I was thrilled to see he now has his own practice. He is extremely thorough with his work, professional, and answers all questions. The office has a very calming and relaxed atmosphere. All staff are kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a retina specialist, I highly recommend coming into Dr.Sheyman’s practice.

Dr. Sheyman is a wonderful retina specialist. His office has the latest equipment, nice attentive staff, and a welcoming feel. The wait time is not long. He is very kind and spends his time going over the diagnosis and treatment options. I highly recommend him, especially if you have a retina issue. I’ve recommended my friends and family to him and all have been happy with their experience.

My father sought the care of Dr. Sheyman for a second opinion on a retinal problem he had been struggling with for several years. The doctor is professional, compassionate, and warm. His advice was given with confidence and respect. My father had been very scared about these injections in the past. Dr. Sheyman was able to ease that anxiety and my father was shocked about how easy the procedure was at this office. In terms of the office staff, they are very pleasant and it was easy to get an appointment. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

I’ve been customer for years, and I continue to be impressed with Cohens . Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible. This location in union turnpike always has the nicest and up to date glasses compare to other locations or places I have gone . I just picked up glasses and my experience I had to share I went about a week ago just for an eye check up and exam . But I ended leaving the store so happy with two pair of glasses and color prescription contacts with such a great deal . I was able to finance and thanks to Crystal she made it happen being so informative with the process and guiding me each step . She took her time to show me glasses , Im a very picky person but she knew exactly what wanted . She is so amazing she went out of her way to sent my reimbursement to my health insurance less than a week I received it . I could not be happier with my purchase , was blown away by the level of professionalism care and expertise given by Crystal went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. . One of the best experience me and my wife purchasing new glasses. The process is quick and efficient. Crystal went above and beyond I’m helping us find the right pair of frames. Gave us a great deal and help set us up with financing, and ended up walking out with 2 prescriptions glass for me AND my wife. Wouldnt ever come back here again. Last year i came for a contact lens appointment and didnt get charged because insurance covered it. Today i came in again they said that insurance covered it so i did the exam and when i came out they said i had to pay $75 which wasnt told to me upon arrival. Then they proceeded to tell me if i place an order of contacts with them they will waive the fee and that they price match so when i showed them how much i pay for contacts they said they wont price match it and wouldnt give me my contact lens prescription without paying the $75, wasted my time and money would give 0 stars if i could.

Everything was fine. Except I prefer a doctor on site. It was the first time being virtual. Didn't really like it. Also the representative mentioned after we paid that we had a 1 yr warranty on the glasses . I didn't think anything at first but then after i saw my receipt i saw it was charged. I only wished she would have asked if i wanted it . I never get it because I dnt use it but its ok. Other than that very friendly representatives.

The two associates who took care of me were very helpful and attentive. Dr. Feng was great. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary. He explained how my medical conditions could affect my eyesight, etc. Two thumbs up all around!!

Bella a great person helped me through the whole process ups and downs. Really understands patient care and goes above and beyond. Patient and respectful. Would came back here just for her to help me.
