Very clean place and all covid 19 precautions were well observed. Front desk staff is a very courteous and professional lady who is very friendly and well mannered . After doing paperwork was seen by the doctor within a few minutes. Doctor is well kmowledged and listened and took care of my issue. Definitely recommend this place!!

Terrible service. Doctor is nice however his receptionist is terrible to deal with. I made an appointment for 11am and when i went there i was waiting over an hour. The issue is not the wait time but rather the receptionists attitude. I politely asked how long more i had to wait and she snapped back in a matter of fact/condescending tone that “this is a medical office and you should expect to wait a long time”. I told her that if the wait was over an hour why did she schedule the appointment at 11am and she had the same response. I told her if thats the case and we have to wait over an hour every time then she can tell the doctor that he has lost a patient. She didn’t seem to care and said okay.

My husband and I visited Dr. Muhammad's office for a checkup on an eye injury. Dr. Muhammad is efficient, professional, kind and very thorough. His staff are also very attentive, patient and gentle with their clients. He is a gem in his community. We are happy to have patronized his business. Thank you.

Mostly enjoyable experience at the store. Attendants were courteous and knowledgeable. Making appointment was a bit clumsy. Waiting time to meet the eye doctor was way out of expectation. I had to wait long. Wish I could get my pair of glasses sooner than two weeks waiting time.

I have been going to this specific eye doctor location for about 10 years. I grew up getting to know the staff, and getting new glasses and prescription. The staff is lovely and super helpful, and the environment is lively. I always get a good laugh and never feel like my time Is wasted. I definitely recommend visiting this location for eye exams and consultations for glasses.

Wonderful customer service Francesca also helping my kids and I get the amazing glasses we need. She was so kind to give my daughter a pair of glasses after my daughters glasses was broken. I’ve Been coming here for years highly recommend them. Thank you for your wonderful service

Francesca and Sabrina are absolutely the best !!! Service and package deal pricing for the glasses I chose were amazing! They helped me through the whole process from prescription glasses to sunglasses!!! My new go to spot! Would highly recommend!
