Just came from my appointment and nothing but the best service from start to finish. Dr. Khasnabish was the absolute best and fully explained everything that was going on with my eye and even told me things that my ophthalmologist before never told me. I left fully informed and beyond satisfied. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The male doctor is extremely rude, he doesn’t know how to talk to his patients and respect them like he can’t even smile with his patients. He shouldn’t even be a doctor. Never coming back to this place and never recommending it to anyone.

Both doctors, female doctor and male doctor, are both extremely rude and if you cant treat a human being with respect you dont deserve to be a doctor. Ask for a receipt and the details of the insurance. I bought glasses through my insurance and decided to get additional insurance on my glasses. Big mistake. When i got the two year insurance on my glasses. Rose promised me they will replace the glasses 4 times, dont worry about it and gave me service with a smile but when i went back to the office i was given a run around. I was placed on hold several times for half hour and more than an hour, other times. Finally when i spoke to Rose, she lied and told me, she never said that they would fix my glasses through the additional insurance and that i paid only for the anti glare and that i would have to speak with the manager, who turned out to be the other rude doctor. Then i was told they will only fix it once when my glasses broke and they cant do it again and they had the audacity to tell me, i had to pay 10 dollars after they fixed the glasses. WHEN I ASKED FOR the details and THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE GREEN receipt. They only help the older people because they know the insurance will cover the damaged glasses, no questions asked. Do yourself a favor , dont even get anything from this place! You will regret going here! They lie, dont give you a receipt, give you a run around, place you on hold and then charge you for something you already paid for.

The most unprofessional and rude staff ever. They refused to give my parents the prescription after an eye exam and told them they have to buy the glasses there. My mom chose a frame and they said it will be two weeks because its not in stock. Called in two days saying the glasses are ready and they gave her the frame that was on display and said she chose that one. Save yourself the agony and don’t go to this place.

My uncle had a left eye surgery on Friday with Dr. Mason. Everything went smoothly and I am happy for their great service. Everyone is helpful, they take care of the patients really well. Only thing that I didn’t like is that when my uncle forget the medication list at home the old nurse was taking forever to figure it out and she was getting pissed at him. But in general they are all a nice people and will treat you with respect including the doctor.

We live on Long Island but always come back to Queens for our eye exams and glasses. The Optometrist, Mrs. Lopez is the best! Her exams are on point and her prescriptions are always perfect. I have always had eye strain with my glasses before coming here but not anymore. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We’ve been going here for many years and will continue to for as long as they remain open. Then I would be extremely sad if they ever closed.

Back again a few months later for my 3rd pair of eyeglasses. This is my #1 go to for eyeglasses and eye exams!!! Everyone is super nice, attentive, and professional!!! It's clean and quiet so you can concentrate on what you need. The manager, Afzal Yakub, is very patient, professional, and efficient. Bibi behind the counter is super nice! Awesome customer service!! The prices, styles, and brands are great!!! Highly recommend this business for all your eyeglass needs!!! Whenever I have to move this is the only business I’m going to for eyeglasses!!!
