We live on Long Island but always come back to Queens for our eye exams and glasses. The Optometrist, Mrs. Lopez is the best! Her exams are on point and her prescriptions are always perfect. I have always had eye strain with my glasses before coming here but not anymore. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We’ve been going here for many years and will continue to for as long as they remain open. Then I would be extremely sad if they ever closed.

This was the best experience I ever had purchasing glasses. The doctor was very pleasant and thorough with my eye exam and explained everything about my eyes current condition. She also explained the limitations of what progressive lenses could and couldn’t do. Bella helped me select my frames was super pleasant and helpful. She explained everything from the pricing to my insurance benefits. Thank you everyone for making the experience absolutely easy and a delight! I will definitely be back for all my vision needs.

Greatest customer service! As soon as you enter the store you are greeted with a smile. Bella is a very professional and knowledgeable sale person. She explained the usefulness of various lenses and treatments which enhances the way you see out of your glasses. They have a wide range of name brand frames selection compared to other places. I got my glasses quickly. Thank you Bella for making my experience there the Best! Will definitely come again!

I would recommend Cohen's Fashion Optical at 115-10 Liberty Avenue in Queens to anyone needing glasses. Their staff is polite and efficient (Bella is AWESOME!) and their doctor is thorough. She even recommended a prescription supplement for my dry eye issue which actually worked! I got a fabulous pair of frames and can see much better with my new lenses. A wonderful experience - I will be a repeat customer and suggest that others give them a try as well!

Unfortunately I have to write down this review Because this Dr. secretary and his staff are very lousy Whenever he wrote a medication or any-other important paper send to the pharmacy or other facilities they never send on time or they forget. these things happens many times with us.

Very Unprofessional. They checked the insurance before they gave an application. But when we went there to see the doctor, they refused to see the patient. And the reason was don't accept my insurance.

They don't care about patient time !! They gave me appointment @ 11.30 I am waiting in doctor room 1 hour then they call me 12.28 pm.why they gave appointment if they don't maintain on time.please don't waste people time.If don't take care time management don't give appointment!!!

I love this place! The owner, Andy Park, is such a kind man with great customer service. Joann is also such a friendly worker who helped me navigate all of my questions. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

This place is amazing! I’m not even an existing customer, but popped in to see if they could fix my glasses. They not only did a great job in fixing my glasses, but didn’t even charge me. I think I met the entire staff, and they were all incredibly kind and so helpful! Go check them out!

I can honestly say that out of all eye places in liberty avenue queens that I was looking into I highly recommend here wonderful customer service and the eye doctor is very professional and is very on point and skilled in understanding what the eyes need. The staff was so welcoming and wonderful and the payment plan is reasonable no pressure they work with you and make great recommendations that's suitable for eyewear. Overall I was very satisfied 🙂🙂🙂

The receptionist are top notch. Very respectful and informative. They are also pro law enforcement.
