I made an 7pm appointment to see the optician for my daughter today, when I got to the store there were over 25 in the store, some sitting not 6 feet apart maybe 3 feet and some stand across the store, no covid restriction and more people still coming in.... waiting for 1 hour and half and still did not get to see the optician..if you want covid this is the spot to go... terrible service..there is no optician on site so what the owner do book everyone at once during covid...

I had an appointment scheduled at Complete Optometry Care for 1 pm. However, on the day of my appointment, they called and requested that I come in earlier. Despite already being occupied with a prior commitment at the vet, I made the effort to rush over and arrived at 12:15 pm as requested. Unfortunately, my frustration grew as I found myself waiting for an extended period of time. It wasn't until 2:35 pm that I was finally seen by a member of their staff.
The main issue I have with this experience is the lack of consideration for my time. If the clinic knew they were double booking appointments, it would have been more appropriate for them to not suggest an even earlier arrival time. This way, I could have planned my day accordingly and avoided the unnecessary rush and delay.
As a patient, I value punctuality and respect for my schedule. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any medical practice, it is important for healthcare providers to communicate effectively and manage their appointments in a way that minimizes inconvenience for their patients. In this case, it seems that Complete Optometry Care fell short in these aspects.
On a positive note, once I was finally seen, the actual examination and care provided by the optometrist were satisfactory. The staff was friendly and professional, and the optometrist took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. However, the overall experience was marred by the significant delay and the feeling that my time was not valued.
I hope that Complete Optometry Care takes this feedback constructively and makes improvements in their appointment scheduling process. Ensuring that patients' time is respected and managed effectively will not only enhance their reputation but also contribute to a more positive and satisfactory experience for everyone.

Oh boy, where do I begin? Firstly, I was looking around my area for an excellent place to add a prescription to my Prada eyeglasses. A quick google search leads me to a few places, but this place, in particular, had the best reviews, so I was confident in thinking I would have a positive experience. I decided to disregard the fact that a homeless person was sleeping right in front of the store in google images because I know that's not their fault, but I should have taken that as a sign to go another route. The office is clean, and the one staff I met was amiable and accommodating. I handed her my Prada glasses and the prescription my optometrist gave me along with the specification that I needed the final product to have a blue tint, she said that's fine and gave me the eta. of 2 weeks... 4 weeks later I call to check up on my glasses and guess what? They are lost...interesting. I never received a call before me initiating the conversation on the whereabouts of my product. They offered me a replacement, great, but the inventory was lacking in the "taste" department and the glasses there were cheaply made "name-brands" curtesy of Luxottica. I was recommended these Versace frames which I was hesitant in choosing due to its feminine appearance, but I was told "all Versace glasses are unisex"...false information, but I didn't know it at the time. Another three weeks later, after the first four weeks for a total of 7 weeks waiting, I received the call to pick up my Versace glasses. I remember I asked for a brown gradient tint; instead, I received a dull gray shade. I know this facility is not to blame instead it's the factory in which they have the glasses made, but they never offered me a refund of any sort, and they lied and sold me women glasses and then got the style wrong with an absurdly low level of communication is ultimately why I leave this bad review. I eventually had to go elsewhere, and spend more money, to get a new pair of glasses, and they were able to do it quite easily.

Dr. Bissoon is highly competent, knowledgeable, patient-friendly and an expert in her field. Her service is impeccable. Her office is pristine. Her assistant is super competent. Her frames are first class brands and current designs. Very glad I chose this office to get eye test, prescription glasses and prescription shades. Thanks Dr. Bissoon!

Dr.Aktar is a phenomenal opthamologist. He performed catatract surgery on my 68year old mother first in the left eye in 2019 and the Right Eye in 2020. Her eyesight improved amazingly both of us highly recommend this doctor to all our friends and family. The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr.Akhtar took all appropriate tests prior to both of my mothers surgery.

The way Dr. Akhter handled my procedure exceeded my expectations. April at the office handled all the paperwork and got the approval from the insurance company and coordinated with me to find a suitable day. They were super accommodating and kept me informed every step of the process. They are an efficient team and I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Blum staff is so rude especially the one in the back that works with him. When you get there they call people in that who come after you see the doctor before you. when you tell Dr Blum what they did he is so rude he doesn't even apologize for them. Him and his staff always be gathering and talking and they don't have no time with the patients. The come to the patients when they feel like it, and he did a 5 quick minutes check up with the patients and that's it. He is the worst eye doctor ever.

Omg wait time is forever, workers only idle around. Had a 3: 30 pm appointment 4:30 pm still sitting there waiting forever.
Need to speed up the process, patient time is valuable.

Office is pleasant, spacious. Patient flow before being called in for appointment is distributed among a check- in lobby and a waiting lobby to avoid crowding. wait time for first part of my child’s visit was 40 minutes after scheduled time (the reason for 1 star deduction from rating).
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
