Sabrina is the best when it comes to customer care. I have been here a few times and every time I come in she has an amazing smile and energy. This is one of the best places I’ve been to and every transaction is seamless. Definitely would recommend this to many others.

This is my Second shopping at Fabulous Optical & My Experience was Fantastic. My Eye exams went smoothly. I asked for a rush order on short Notice & That wasn’t a problem for them at all, They finished my order with In 2 days of the request rush order. I would Definitely recommend them to my friends & family. I will be coming here again

I was here about three years ago. My experience was awesome very well. Trained doctor had no problems of getting my prescriptions.

I had the worst experience ever i when there in January for some special contacts I call every week for updates they told me it takes a while. I got a call from my insurance that it was approved I call the they said they did not receive anything I should call my insurance. I call my insurance in June they reach out to them they told them they are waiting on me to call the however I call and they told me they will call me. The representative told me she call me several times and left messages, Lies!!!! The worst Costomer Service ever!! And the worst Staff!!!

Fabulous Optical Sucks! My first time was this location on Jamaica Ave. It took almost a month to get frames back and then had to send back because they messed up the prescription. Second time at location on Liberty and 17th, they refused to accept my own frames saying I had to buy theirs under my insurance which is obviously a lie since they accepted my own frames for the 1st order. Will never go back!

I’ve been coming here since i was young and 6 years later this is still the only optical i come to for my glasses, staff is very appointed .service is excellent!! if you want the BEST DEAL ask VERA!! she’s my fav🥰 …

It was an amazing experience working with the workers which are very responsible and hardworking. The glasses that I received were also good quality. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible service. My prescription came off in less than a year. She going to tell me cuz I didn’t pick my glasses up on time. My last prescription lasted me 3 years from some place else. Lesson learn. I will never do glasses from these places on Jamaica avenue. That’s my 2nd bad experience from over there.

Amazing service and amazing prices. Came in for my first pair of prescription glasses and they took amazing care of me. Gave me a low price and helped with any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend!

I was hesitant to visit this place due to some poor reviews, however my experience was nothing but exceptionally good. The workers were very kind on hearing out my concerns and answering every question I had. They carefully helped me choose the glasses and I left very satisfied.
