Amazing service and amazing prices. Came in for my first pair of prescription glasses and they took amazing care of me. Gave me a low price and helped with any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend!

This was the first time getting my eyes checked out in many years and also my first time at this location and I was very impressed. The woman at the front counter was very nice and so were the technician(s) and specialists. They even took their time to explain my results and why they were the way that they were according to my images and data and even asked me if I had any questions. It certainly made me feel like I was a valued patient there and that my eye care really mattered. So with that being said, I would definitely return here. Even though I did not opt to choose frames here because I prefer buying mine at Costco, it is worth noting that they do have a wide selection. Also, for anyone wondering, as a brand new patient, the entire appointment lasted a bit less than 45 minutes which was great.

The girl that took care of me the technician was amazing. There’s not enough stars to give her her personality. Her presence was fantastic even though the sales girl was late she was also very pleasant and thorough the experience there was incredible.the quality of glasses that they have are top of the line great selection Would recommend it.

Staff was very patient and courteous in picking out a frame. Exam was done in a timely manner. Technicians were also polite.

I’ve been wearing glasses for as long as I can remember. I’ve been shopping around for my last frames and I found this place. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. The lady who helped me took her time and made sure I tried on every frame possible to make the right selection. Their prices are great and I got my frames the same day. I would highly recommend, I went to 5-6 different opticals before coming here trying to find something I would feel comfortable with as I can’t see without my glasses and they by far beat everyone else in every aspect. Great selection of glasses and great customer service. Thank you!!!

usually i get my lens replacement for my frame at this place whenever i get new frames, if i can remember at least 6-7 time already, and last time i had a new lens inserted into my frames and i told the boss lady with curly hair that i need adjustment from mr, kim because he does a good job, then she told me usually we charged for adjustment fees.... im like seriously? she doesn't have a good business mindset, like how much could adjustment cost compare to purchasing new lenses? other places do free adjustment and dont need to purchase anything....if thats how it is i would never come back to this place nor recommend it to anyone else..

love their choices of frames and most of all their customer service. I have been going to them for years. I live in long island but I love their service and accommodation so much I go to them every year. DABO really do know how to take care of their customers. Planning to go there soon for my son's glasses.
