Honestly would have been good review if it not for them to force to buy things down your throat. They wouldn’t let you talk nor help you solve your problems. They just said yes to everything without knowing what you are telling them. Also they charged you for the exam and said insurance covers it and push you to the room . They are so money hungry . also i don't know if they buy reviews but it so fake

I've been a customer of Noon Vision since their opening and I'm always drawn back because of their hospitality and excellent service! The staff is quick in helping you with products that best suit your needs and the location is very easy to get to. I highly recommend!

don't recommend. came early for 1st appt but still had to wait 2 hrs. 2nd appt waited 1 hr had to do glaucoma test but results were inconclusive...waste of time. Made 3rd appt bc this yrs allergies r horrendous and I really needed my eye drop refills. Front desk told me next appt was in over a month and even tho I sch an appt they could not ask the dr to give me refills until next visit. staff def lacking in customer service etiquette.

I told them over the phone I needed a new prescription and sent up an appointment. They asked for my insurance, and that was that. Day of; in the office, they told me they don’t accept my insurance. What a waste of my time.

The reviews about their front desk staff are still as bad as the old reviews. They are like a lump on the log. They ignore people coming in. No "Hello", nothing. (Like all other offices I walk in and sign in on their log) but 25min passes and they don't look at it. I walk up to them and they do not even acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to speak with them. 5 minutes later, they look up to answer my question. Definitely not the most efficient staff here. They should be working in the back if they are that busy. The front desk is supposed to take care of the incoming patients. They appear swamped with work and just ignore the patients for a long time. Extremely inefficient.
The doctor is not very willing to share her diagnosis with the patient. Had to ask multiple times before the doctor would answer the question and if you asked your question once and forget to ask again, then your question will not be answered. (Is she banking on the elderly to forget to ask again and again to get their answer?) This is not to say she is a bad ophthalmologist but answering a patient question is still important.
While I was in the waiting room, they did ask a patient for copay and he did not have cash. He offered to pay by credit card but was told credit cards are not accepted, please go to the nearby ATM. He also complained that the front desk never told him they needed payment in cash. "It's pouring outside and you expect me to go find an ATM??" This year (2021) the front desk staff did accept quick pay (zelle). Thus the issue was settled.

This is regarding their receptionists. They have absolutely horrific attitude toward their patients. I felt disrespected and judged for asking the simplest questions like how long of a wait or directions to the restroom.

Please stay away for this doctor and clinic!!! I didn’t visit personally but my mom did. She was deceived thousands of dollar for a surgery that was not urgently needed and in a few days she could’ve gotten it covered with medical coverage but this facility wanted cash, wanted money and made her do the surgery ASAP! This is the worst doctor and practice ever!! They are super money hungry! Careless about the patients well being. After my mom got insurance coverages, they lied and told her that the insurance wouldn’t cover her injection and refused to bill the insurance. After a long battle of back and forth they told my mom that they wouldn’t see her anymore. Hello?!?!! Doctors are suppose to provide aftercare for surgical procedures and they REFUSED!!! Because they would get LESS money than what my mom would’ve paid out of pocket. We confirmed that he is an in network providers but he himself and the practice just decided to charge the patient and tell them the insurance won’t be cover. It’s really disgusting that they’re getting money from the immigrants population just because they don’t speak the language and didnt know better. Licenses should be revoked from this place Since my mom’s eyesight has gotten much much much worse after them!!! Honestly if my mom’s eye sight healed after the procedure and injections, I would’ve been okay with all of this, but no, it has gotten worse, there are still shadows in her eyes that caused my bloods stick inside the eyes!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PRACTICE FOR YOURSELF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES!!!!!

Exceptional service. Dr. Kim is very attentive, thorough, time efficient and succinct. I have visited twice and will continue to do so for my annual exams and for any unforeseen future problems. The office is adequate and workers are competent. The wait times on both occasions was negligible and inconsequential since service was fast and all exams were comprehensive. I found the entire process stress free and pleasant. I look forward to returning and would have no reservations recommending her as your principle optometrist.

Trouble Service and the staff don't know anything. I saw the rating was high at first, but once I replaced an order they said only takes 2 weeks business days. But now more than two months they still don't have My glasses are ready yet. What kind the liar they are. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
