They are great! I came in with an "eye emergency" and they got me right in and were very helpful.

Seems very knowledgeable but not very patient. With the information and options that Dr Dayani needed to share, I was overwhelmed. I asked him to repeat option one and two and exclaimed that he “has a million patients waiting”. I felt that this being such a critical matter he should have been more interested in giving me all the facts. He sensationalized the immediacy of the procedure although I am A symptomatic It was a very distressing experience for me. Turns out they scheduled surgery over two weeks out since he will be out of town and only preforms surgery on Fridays.

I stumbled upon Dr. Shane's office via Google search. I was looking for a 3rd opinion on a retinal issue I was uncertain about. The doctor that gave a 2nd opinion (which was suggested by another doctor that gave my 1st opinion due to uncertainty) recommended outpatient surgery which I wasn't too keen on carrying out because my eyesight was perfect (no corrective lenses) and I am not symptomatic. Reading about Dr. Shane, I learned of his residency at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and decided that he will be my best bet on making a well informed decision. I contacted the practice, explained the situation, and was told that Dr. Shane would like to see me as soon as possible. The practice is superb. It has a professional and friendly atmosphere. The staff I interacted with were all wonderful. Examination was prompt and carried out with a delicate touch. I received an opinion not only from Dr. Shane, but from an assisting opthalmologist/retinal specialist as well. The result of their inspection brought me great relief as surgery was not recommended due to it being unnecessary in my case at this point in time. Direct, clear and concise language was used to explain: the situation, what I need to watch out for, and options I can choose to implement now or later down the road at my own discretion which allowed me to feel in control. In the end, Dr.Shane is there if and when I need him which is comforting. I am grateful for discovering Dr. Shane and his practice. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff for anyone plagued with any anxiety spawned from uncertainty.

My experience in the store was good and doctor and staff were all smiling and nice. My only issue is from the a pair of glasses I purchased 2 years ago. They were bifocals. I found out at this last visit that they were not properly aligned to my eyes. I never wore bifocals before and they told me it took time to adjust. The rx was good, they improperly measured. Needless to say they did not want to fix their mistake and remake them because it was 2 years. If I knew it was not my eyes, but their miscalculation, I would have brought them back. When I did inquire they just said to give it time. I would really like them to be remade as their expense. Let’s see what gets done…

I’ve been a patient here since 2012 or 2013 and thank God every day for Dr. Mack, Dr. K and the entire team. It’s a tough pill to swallow being told you’re losing your sight at 22 yrs old. After many Drs, who all got my diagnosis and treatment plan wrong, I found Dr. Mack who not only gave me hope, but treated and repaired my condition. He cared about saving the vision I had left and restoring some of what was lost!!! The staff is professional & helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience!

Very clean vision center! They made sure to clean all the frames that i touched so i felt safe trying frames on. Maria and Heidi helped me choose the Best frames fit for me and gave me their honest opinions!

Was very happy with my first appointment. The Doctor was very informative and helpful with all my questions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only gave 3 stars because today, I'm a little unhappy that when I called and was told my glasses were ready, they never told me they closed at 3pm. Google shows the business updated their hours 2 weeks ago and shows them open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:30 to find out they closed at 3pm. I feel like the person giving me information at noon today, should've mentioned their closing time.

My right eye was swollen and red for several days. I stopped in at this office to see if I could get an appointment to get it checked. The receptionist and other staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee was in the office and took me in with no wait. What a great way to get treatment. I would highly recommend this office.

I have been seeing him since a teenager & always receive the same excellent & thorough service. Recently relocated to Fl and am sad to have to find another doctor
