Really pleased with my experience here! Dr. Krasnoff is a great personable optometrist who was able to detect some issues with my eyes and immediately guided me on the next steps and referral. Because of him, future potential problems and injuries were easily prevented. He followed up on the issues at my next visit and I liked his genuine care and honesty when counseling me and noting what is and what’s not within his scope of practice. He is very friendly and puts you at ease. The staff is also equally great and professional. I would recommend anyone looking to get quality service at a good location

I called this office several times to schedule an appointment, option 1 voice mail, option 2 busy, all other options keep getting disconnected. Do you all want to see patients? So finally I had an appointment with Dr. Flug the Dr. prescribed eye drops it is over 2 weeks, after 1 month I am finally going to get the eye drops

I cannot say whether the doctors at this practice are any good or not--I left after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor with whom I had made an appointment, to no avail. What I can say is that the office is inefficient and unprofessional and the staff is indifferent and uncivil. A number of people were waiting in an absolutely packed office (clearly, the staff overbooked). Two elderly patients who had themselves been waiting for over an hour to see their doctors asked whether they might be seen anytime soon. They were both told (by "Amalia," not sure of the spelling) that they would have to wait a little longer and then repeatedly and assertively told to "take a seat." No way to treat the elderly. In any event, if that is the sort of office that you can tolerate, ProHEALTH Lake Success Opthalmology is for you. If not, there are better offices out there.

My mother and I both visit Dr. Benjamin’s office. She is wonderful from her bedside manner to her skills as an eye doctor. Totally recommend her!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Benjamin for several years. She is one of the best doctors we have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. My husband and I both have health issues with our eyes and she is on top of everything. She even referred my husband to Foresee Home which uses a home monitoring system to keep a check on changes in his macular degeneration. Her office staff is just as wonderful as she is. We moved out to eastern Long Island(Suffolk County) a couple of years ago but we still commute to Nassau County to see Dr.Benjamin for our office visits. We would not think of going anywhere else.

Money Hungry Doc. Cane here 3rd time with in a month. 25 dollars co pay first before see the Dr. Mean while same Problem. Please stay away from thses money Hungary Doctors

Dr. Lane is an exceptional Ophthalmologist. Staff is professional, efficient and kind. You are seen promptly for your appointment. Highly recommend this practice ESPECIALLY DR.LANE!

I had two cataract surgeries in the past months. I was so very pleased with Dr Howard Lane’s expertise and professionalism. Everyone at the NHP office and the Garden City Surgical Center were simply amazing. I can’t recommend the practice high enough. Thank you Dr Lane and to your wonderful staff.

My mother went to Dr. Lane for cataracts in both eyes. Couldn’t be happier. She’s a very discerning person and had nothing but positive things to say about him and the whole practice. They are efficient, thorough, and have great bed side manner. We’ve already been recommending them to family and friends.

It was my first time at this office. My parents recommended and I have to say they did not disappoint. They staff members were jovial and friendly. They spoke to me with such respect. The young lady who did my triage was so helpful. I felt like a kid trying to explain my problem and she understood. Then when the doctors came in, I was welcomed with the same pleasant demeanor.
