I have been extremely satisfied with the staff, my doctor, Dr. Carlyle and my therapist Cindy. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. So far I have had 9 sessions with Cindy and my vision has improved tremendously. She identified the exercises that I needed to do and worked with me to make my therapy sessions so successful. At age 62, I am so happy with the progress that I have made. My success is the result of selecting VA Vision Therapy, Dr Carlyle and especially Cindy. Peggy

One lady in the front is kind of rude. Besides that, they made me a pair of glasses with the sun coating defective and they didn’t give any warranty on them. I dont’t recommend this place at all

My experience in JC was great. They have a lot very fashionable glasses and I picked up one with very good price. Then there's a little uncomfortable. I went back. The boss agreed to change a lense for me and let me wear. He promise if have further uncomfortable,he will find the solution. Later I feel good. He used another similar lense but with UVS protection. I feel so appreciated. It wears very comfortable and fashionable. I cannot help to give them a five star review. You won't regret to go there.

Dr. Nicacio and team always do a first rate job. They are professional, kind, respectful and caring. They do their utmost to handle urgent and regular needs. They listen to what you want and fit it with what you need. Lovely, lovely team!

I just had my annual eye exam and Dr Patel and his staff were great! He is very thorough and asked several clarifying questions regarding my eye concerns. He explained things very clearly without talking in medical jargon nor did he talk down to me. I appreciate his thoroughness and patience. On another note my husband recently had his cataracts removed by Dr Sales. Again, Dr Sales and the entire staff was excellent. They are truly committed to serving their patients at the highest level.

Was seen right away. Doctor made us feel super comfortable and was very informative on the process of the appointment. He was very friendly and interacted with my daughter. I will be back for future follow up appts.

Dr. Villani provides exceptional care & service. I recently had cataract surgery, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results.
