Dr. Raymond and his staff are FANTASTIC. This Eye Doctor has been here for over 20 years. Very clean place, professional, has a family feel..... just the greatest! Staff speak english and spanish, wait time goes by quick, and parking is decent.

Purchased brand new expensive frames… completely dirty… I did not expect this from 300$+ frames

My family and I have been coming here for YEARS to get glasses. They’ve always been great. My mother and I came back about three weeks ago and the blonde woman behind the counter tried to sell my mom a bunch of things she didn’t need. She said she was giving my mom the best possible deal which was a lie. I came back last week to get glasses with my sister and the same woman basically treated us like we were irrelevant because we told her we wanted to pick glasses based on our insurance until we can afford to buy something we like. She was extremely dismissive then tried to sell us blue light filters for our lenses and when we turned her down, she went back to treating us like we weren’t there. Very rude and very money hungry. After I pick up my glasses, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Never going back again.

Liz went above and beyond. From helping me pick out frames, setting up an eye exam with the doctor, running my insurance and ensuring I was getting the best deal. She is attentive, thorough, kind and helpful!! The team there was very helpful with moving things along. I only walked into browse but walked with brand new glasses. Definitely recommend!

Liz was amazing. I cannot describe how my experience was with Liz. She did the most amazing job with me and picking out my frame wear. Liz made me feel like i was on top of the world, and she made me feel so beautiful. She was helping me so much, I thought it was a private experience. Liz is amazing, and helped me find my perfect two pairs. Thank you!

I always have a pleasant experience with this business. Today however, was exceptional. Employees Taylor and Elizabeth are both very personable and hardworking. They both made a real effort with assisting me. I came in to pick up my frames but eventually left with extra pairs for myself, husband and son. I originally met with Elizabeth, but then Taylor also met with us and worked her magic showing my husband frames that complements his skin tone. I am a grateful customer and will definitely be coming back to see Taylor and Elizabeth soon.

I had a 1:30 appt, at 2:30 I politely asked the 2 secretaries at desk how much longer. You think they were the ones waiting for a hour with their attitude, told me half hour longer. About 40 minutes later when I was called into a room I was informed there were 4 more patients ahead of me to see the Doctor, that would have been another 40 minutes. I told them I was leaving and didn’t expect to wait 2 hours to see the Doctor. The secretary made a comment to the effect of if you want to see a specialist…. They need to not herd people in and have better scheduling appoints. Expect to wait at this place.

Dr Nejat and his staff are great… he is very personable and professional … I’ve been going to him for 20 yrs and always satisfied…. I’m a health care provider as well and he treats patients the way we all would like to be treated… with respect. Highly recommend!

Dr Nejat is the best . I went to him with a stye that was painful and turned into 3 and one internal . He treated it conservatively and gave me a shot and my eyes are back to normal with no sign of a bump . Look no further when choosing an ophthalmologist . He also has the best bedside manner . I highly recommend him and would give him 10 stars !! M.S.

I have been wearing glasses, my whole life, and I had the best experience at best vision Center 1351 Forest Ave. on Staten Island. The doctor was magnificent. I was very very impressed. Anybody should go there excellent doctor.

I want to thankfully thank the beautiful ladies who I had the opportunity to meet today and prior. I could not express the bosses of these ladies should be very proud of them and show your gratitude in however the incentive you place on your hear for them. Last Saturday,I had the pleasure of meeting Junette Harrington she is such a sweetheart her smile is contagious she helped me pick out frames according to my requests and narrowed the glasses that looked perfect. She made me comfortable no pressure.She reached out Christina Martinez the manager who assured me not to worry. Today I had the honor in meeting Christina Martinez I was super excited with my glasses and the price. And Ms.Moore such a beautiful soul she too made conversation I felt so comfortable at the eye center . I had to show my appreciation lunch on me. I will promote the business you stand by your word thank you for helping the underserved community. We love you!!
