I love the selection here as well as friendly, thorough service. Reps are amazing at knowing which frames to suggest that will fit each person and are extremely knowledgeable in the process and materials used for frames. My most recent experience landed me gorgeous Christian Dior frames and an incredibly thin lens for my prescription. I also appreciate all the help with insurance. Can recommend!

Overall had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful. I had a glitch with my insurance, which Dena took extra steps to sort it all out. The Dr and the staff were outstanding. I couldn’t wait to get my new glasses and now I’m absolutely happy! They are exceptionally friendly and highly skilled professionals. Dr. Valentina Terentii clearly explains conditions and treatments, provides follow up as needed. She is very pleasant, professional and caring. She did spend sufficient time with me. I feel confident and comfortable as a patient. I highly recommend her. Office staff also is very pleasant and helpful, short waiting time.

I had a great experience at the eye clinic. The doctor was attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She was also very good at communicating and explaining everything to me. I appreciated that everything was done on time and my problem was successfully solved. Overall, I am very happy with my visit and highly recommend this clinic.

I see people have had a good experience at this place where I have not. My examination was rushed and the person doing my eye exam didn't listen when I told them I don't think everything is OK. Now I got my glasses for about a week and can't see with them on, in fact I see better with them off. Nobody seems to pick up the phone as I've been calling for 2 days to get this issue fixed. I've left messages and received no reply. So far for me it's been a horrible experience and waste of money

The doctor was rude to me and the entire experience felt more like a car dealership/ upsell rather then an eye doctors office. Suggesting unnecessary and expensive procedures, even when told no. I finished my appointment here and left to go to LensCrafters for my frames and had a much better experience with their team.

Wow what a great experience here on Staten Island.I would suggest going here for anyone with eye care needs. The employees were super knowledgeable and are licensed optometrists waiting to help you. My family members have been going here for years and now i know why. They are much different then every where else i walked into. Just want to thank them again.
