While I was seeing Dr. Kung today, one of the technicians brought me in but she was rushing me. I overheard that she complaining about how she didn’t want to miss her break, that she has to make her break. She rushed me and didn’t even answer any of my questions I had. I never got her name but she has very short hair. This is extremely unprofessional, I should not feel rushed while seeking medical care. Thankfully Dr. Kung was able to help explain and answer my concerns. I will not be coming back but this issue needs to be addressed.

I discovered this doctor through my union insurance website. I choose it due to the convenience of the location. When I phoned for an appointment I discovered the phone number was the same but a different doctor. I'm truly happy to say the union misinformation worked out wonderful for me. Everyone was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Xu did a complete examination and took the time to explain everything that is causing my difficulty seeing and recommended what needs to be done as follow-up. If it was possible I would give 10 stars. I highly recommend Insight Ophthalmology.

My first visit I interacted with Mia and Herman first and they were wonderful, professional and very friendly. Then I met Dr Xu she was wonderful and very thorough. She took the time to get to know me and what my needs and concerns were. I found her to be very progressive and look forward to my next appointment. Thanks to my previous Dr. Who moved out of state and recommended me to Dr. Xu

The office of Dr. Luna Xu was wonderful! Everyone was so professional and friendly and I felt very welcome. Dr. Yu was so attentive to my concerns and did an extensive and thorough eye exam. She has a warm and lovely manner. I felt very trusting and confident in her skills. I am happy to now become a lifelong patient!

Dr. Gerstenfeld is an excellent doctor. He’s very courteous. He talks to you in detail about your condition. His office is spotless and his employees are top notch. I’ve never had better care with my eyes

Excellent service took five eye test and ladies were respectful and thorough. Doctor was informative and great to talk with. Showed me my cataract operation with models. Will recommend to all.

The office staff were courteous knowledgeable and professional. The office runs like a Swiss watch. All procedures are done timely with great attention to detail and comfort of the patient with waiting time at a minimum. Dr Nejat took his time to answer any questions and explained in depth the intricacies of the procedure. The overall professionalism by the office staff and Dr Nejat instills a sense of ease and confidence.

The person answered the phone answered rudely. After she confirmed that they have appointments on Thursday, June 22nd, I kept asking what the latest appointment time is on Thursday, she kept repeating (we don’t have anything unfortunately)!!! That’s weird!!

My elderly mother needed to see an optho for double vision and her reg optho stopped taking her insurance. I called NYU Lang eye center and received an appt within 2 hrs of my call! I was so grateful for Matt (front desk) he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and even though they were booked up for the day got her in to see the Dr. My mother was pleased with the Dr who made her feel at ease and explained in detail about her situation and the plan going forward. Thanks again Matt!!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, given the circumstances. Dr. Mostafavi took the time to explain what was wrong with my eye so that I was understand the mechanics behind it's you can tell that this man is passionate about what he does. It made me feel very comfortable understanding what was going on and how it would be fixed. The Dr. came up with a comprehensive treatment plan that had my eye just about back to normal within 2 weeks. His bedside manor is second to none. I walked in that office a nervous wreck, worried about losing half of my vision before age 30 and I walked out with the confidence that my eyes/vision were in the right hands. All of the girls in the office were really nice and easy to work with, the place is clean and you don't end up sitting there for hours. After experiencing how great Dr. M is, I would tell you that you're crazy not to go to him if any issues with your eyes arise.
