When my husband told me that Vision Works was good, l didn’t know just how good it would be. He had his eyes tested about a month ago at the mall. My two daughters and l got our eyes tested yesterday, June 28,2023. The employees were extremely pleasant, accommodating, helpful, and informative. It is a welcoming establishment and we felt very comfortable. The doctor had a sense of humor making us feel like we were long time patients. He showed us what the back of our eyes look like in color and explained what we were viewing. We appreciated the information and the professionalism we experienced. Happy employees equals happy customers.

Used to go to a different place in the mall, but my company got acquired by another, and they did not accept new insurance and this place does. They do not make any glasses on site, as the other spot did. I was given a promise date the day I was leaving for vacation, and when I told her that wouldn’t work and I’d probably try somewhere else, she said the promise dates are just an estimate and to call a few days before and they would be there. It is now the day before and still nothing. Very difficult to get someone on the phone. Also prices seem higher the other places for similar products and services.

I was in because my glasses needed a little repairing and Joel very quickly serviced me allowing me to sit and relax while he repaired them in a few short minutes. Being very courteous and caring during the process. I have been a client of Visionworks for approximately 8 years and Joel has always been the person who waits on me. Always the same manner along with very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Visionworks and doubly Joel.

Lovely office. Receptionist Jessica and the doctor are extremely helpful and informative staff. I never have any problems or concerns when attending my appointments. Great service.

Used to be better. Covid is no longer significant enough to be the reason the office is so short staffed that no one answers the phone when the office should be open. What's worse is that you cannot even leave a message. The hours are so short that there is no convenient way to schedule an appointment without taking the day unless they can see you at 9 am and you can get in a little late. They used to have a few hours on Saturday which was excellent for picking up but now even that is gone. I hope they get back to real business soon.

BEWARE.... This office is the worse place I have ever been to next to Americas Best (see my review on them and you will understand) First of all there is no professionalism in this office. The doctor is rude the front desk is condescending. My glasses were not properly fitted I had to actually go somewhere else and pay for them to be properly fitted for me. I do not recommend this dr or this office all the dr cared about was getting me to pay for stuff that insurance didn't cover just to get money out of me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a establishment like this before. Do your own research there are nicer more friendly and respectable vision places in the area.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jain's for years now and she is an amazing doctor. She diagnosed my astigmatism that was missed by a prior practice, and has spent time with me at each appointment to ensure my vision is exactly where it needs to be, as well as thoroughly explaining any procedures done. I wouldn't want to go elsewhere. And bonus: her office location is very convenient!

Dr. Jain is very sweet and answered all my questions about my vision. Her and the lady at the desk assisted me with finding glasses and were very helpful. Im very indecisive with picking glasses and they were very patient with me and made me feel comfortable.

From my initial visit to my final surgery to remove cataracts from both eyes, a Five Star experience. Dr. Kung, Christine Kung and his entire staff are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Kung took the time to explain my options and answer the many questions I had for him. The New Jersey surgical center where my procedures were performed is spotless. Starting with the young lady who checked me in and confirmed my information to the nurses, Anesthesiologist and the orderly who wheeled me to my car, all professional and friendly. Unfortunately we have all become accustomed to poor service, long wait times and mediocre results at best. Dr Kung and his staff have restored my optimism and proven to me that it is possible to provide superb service. If your in need of an ophthalmologist, look no further, the Kung Eye Center should be your choice.

When I called today to make appointment to see Dr. Campbell the receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. I feel sorry for the Doctor who probably is amazing but he just lost a patient because of his staff. I hope this eye center can do better when hiring people that are competent at their job. It is not rocket science to answer phones and make appointments. It’s embarrassment for the doctors to hear this but they have to know what is going on. I would definitely recommend new staff that can answer the phones professionally. Also the calls are recorded. Hopefully someone will go back and check each call and that would probably increase the practice.
