The staff in the store were more resourceful and helpful of finding the right pattern of vision level and therefore they were able to prescribe me the right glasses that is covered by my insurance.

I had been to 2 other stores in Staten Island and hated the service. this was my best experience , all the staff helpful and accommodating. easy quick experience , with FAIR pricing (something I have found increasingly difficult to find on the island). when it came to choosing frames I felt the selection was modern and up to date. the representative who helped me choose was knowledgeable and helped me make better choices .

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sterling Optical for my eye care needs, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service I received. She really took her time to ensure I was comfortable with handling my contacts. She not only made me feel confident in using contacts but also showed her dedication to great customer service. The receptionist and Dr. were very very personable and very polite. They made my husband and I feel so important. they worked with us and advised us how to choose what type of glasses we needed. I have no idea why I did not go to them as my first choice. They are, up to date the best optical in Staten Island. I will continue going to them. Went looking for a new pair of glasses , my girl Renata helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses that suited me. Everybody is so friendly and nice. If you are in Staten Island ,i recommend you go to Renata, she is very patient and so sweet and very helpful for finding your new pair of glasses :)

Christine was great to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me as well as my niece in picking out frames for our prescription glasses. She gave us her undivided attention in the process and we were thoroughly satisfied with her and the services Benjamin optical provided us during our visit. I would highly recommend this store for all your optical needs. The staff is very courteous, respectful and professional!

Been coming to Benjamin Optical for years now since before it was Benjamin. The one person that keeps us as customers because of her dedicated expertise in all things optical, is Kristina. Don't get me wrong the staff is fantastic. Kristina is the sweetest and makes my wife's and myself's lives easier! Solana was also courteous, respectful and professional, Thank you all!

My eye exam went very well. LensCrafters provided an in-depth exam and Nick made sure to explain every step of the way and always checked to see if I had any questions. Maria helped me with frame selection and checkout, both Nick and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful!! They turned a mundane eye exam into a very positive experience. I would definitely return to this LensCrafters for my future eyewear and exams!

Doctor Ivana is the best!! She makes sure I never feel dumb asking questions about my eye health. She spent several minutes helping me pick out a frame and never lost her patience with me, even though I was very picky. Would recommend for all your seeing needs!

Exam was excellent. It would be ethical to tell potential customer of any extra fees upfront beyond what insurance covers.
