The entire staff was professional. Clean cut and dry with no up sale scam. Wished the under eye no rimmed glasses didn't have to come with a more expensive lens but I doubt it is the staffs fault. Other than that It was quick and painless.

My grandma went here on her own and spoke with Anita, who she said was very helpful. Anita gave her a card with the frames she liked and the price. I went back with her today just to make sure she got the right thing. When we walked in, no one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help. So when we needed, no one got up and insisted we needed to come to the counter so they can run her insurance. My grandma wasn’t using her insurance and had already priced her frame, she just couldn’t find the one she had previously liked. After some back and forth, I told her let’s just go and we’ll go to a different location. My grandma stopped to tell her how rude the staff was (I was just ready to go). A lady named Krystal came and assisted us and was very helpful. She turned the the visit around and really helped us out.

I had something in my eye removed and I was charged for a surgery! I just think that $504.00 it is way too much. Doctor is very nice but staff are not very nice. I made my appointment by phone and gave all my insurance information to make sure I was in network. When I went there they took 30 min and told me I was not in network and at the end they said sorry you are then went in and doctor saw my eye and told me I had something left in the eye he needed to remove, he put a couple of drops and used a special tiny Qtip to remove it he did not want to show me what it was and then charged $504.00

I've been a patient of Dr Zeldes for years and have had two surgeries. Wonderful experience. Lately, I've been seeing his associate Dr. Bloch who I also really enjoy. Two different personalities, both excellent. Their office staff is wonderful, always respectful, professional but at the same time, they enjoy joking around a little- they're human too folks!

Dr. Horwitz is fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me get contacts after having trouble with other Drs.

Have seen Dr. Nika for the past 3 years. She provides consistently excellent care combined with empathy and concern.

Not good, unpatient, impolite, not professional

My daughter has been plagued with one illness after another since she entered daycare. We've seen a number of doctors, including specialists resulting in minor surgeries. At just about every visit I wished they'd been more kid-friendly, but honestly couldn't really figure out how that would work. Then I was referred to Children's eye care. Everything about this clinic was wonderful. Instead of just trying to restrain children, like most dr's offices, they make the visit fun and interesting for them. Dr. Rao was very clear and thorough in his assessments, and the staff was very nice, and the visit efficient - most of our time was spent with a nurse, tech, or the doctor! My daughter did need a minor surgical procedure, and Dr. Rao came and spoke to me about it afterwards alone. I appreciated this so much - for her last surgery the Dr. waited until I was trying to comfort a screaming toddler, and I could barely hear the aftercare instructions. Dr. Rao made sure I received the aftercare in a calm environment. I can't recommend this place enough.

We have been seeing Dr. Rao for ~3 years. He performed corrective surgery on my son and we have eye exams every 4 months. Dr. Rao is amazing. He has always been great with my son and he's incredibly transparent / direct. I fully trust him with my son's vision issues
