Dr. Siegel explained everything as he checked my eyes and explained in great detail how common it is and how it would be done right there in the office and what to expect afterwards my experience was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 thank you Dr Mark and all of your Associates

I had such a great experience from my last appointment. My contacts got lost in the mail and the front desk lady, Lindsay, helped get me my contacts. I didn’t have to do anything. She took care of everything and I received them very quick. She was a delight to talk to and I appreciate everything she did!

I’m so happy I ended up in this office! I was experiencing some pretty debilitating dryness in my eyes, blurry vision, and light sensitivity. I was having a hard time finding an eye doctor who would see me urgently but they had an appointment here for me right away. Lyndsey(sp) and Dr. Kelsey have taken such great care of me. Always warm, informative, accommodating, and friendly. I left my first appointment already feeling some relief from the dry eye. After another appointment, my vision had returned to normal and I was experiencing minimal symptoms. Had my eye exam today and had a great experience per usual. Lyndsey was particularly helpful in directing me to frames that fit my style and my face, and made sure I got a good deal as well. I highly recommend Normandy Optical in West Bloomfield! 🩷🩷

Very helpful processing insurance. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very thorough eye exam. Showed me many options for contacts (multifocal). Taught me how to put contacts in and how to remove them. Would highly recommend.

Prior to my appt I was able to ask questions about the doc. Answers exceeded my expectations as did the entire experience! I also had a chance to meet & speak w/ the doc directly. He is extremely personable & what I consider to be BEYOND well qualified & experienced. Dr. Schiff has been practicing for many years. In my situation it was IDEAL - I wear rigid gas permeable contact lenses that I prefer, having been a very long time wearer. I later learned that very few contact lens wearers use rigid gas perms because younger wearers don't know about them. I'm not going to talk about the differences of the lenses, but will say that I was really lucky to have found a dr who is very knowledgeable about & experienced w/ them. My exam itself was thorough. I was able to get my Rx updated more quickly & accurately than w/ any other Dr in the past. Dr Schiff pinpointed it perfectly! I also had my eyeglass Rx updated. The whole process was an excellent experience from start to finish Go see him!

Just returned from the optical dept and treated to the most PROFESSIONAL level of service from a young lady whose name I don't remember, however we share the same. birthday (12 /31).Costco is I my new service center for my optical needs.(Beth J.)

The staff is very professional, the doctor is very thorough. The other assistants are courteous, very patient and will gladly help you pick the best frames. I would recommend SVS very prompt service.
