The assistant was the kindest assistant I've experienced. Dr. Rotberg is absolutely amazing! Obviously she knows what she's doing! I'd refer anyone to these doctors! It is a happy office. Even the scheduling department was wonderful! Still can't say enough great things about this place.

I'm sorry but I don't care how deep in west bloomfield your office is, you don't make 6month old babies wait in a sweaty waiting room for over an hour and not even offer any baby amenities, then another hr in a shush room that almost 80 degrees, see pictures. So yeah amenities like maybe a bottle warmer or fun sensory toys for them to play with....Well thank goodness I came prepared for my daughter but I was not prepared for over and hour wait. To top it all off the visit seemed a bit rushed, like really we wait our time when we all know you are triple booking you appointments and then you don't even give us our time. Please make some changes soon!

The two doctors we seen were amazing and great with my son and daughter. Staff I have met were all nice. I only gave a 4 star because of the front desk MOA that insisted my 5 year old who has epilepsy and other medical diagnosis' wear a mask the entire time. I get the mask policy as I work for Children's Hospital myself but we do not force young kids who will not keep a mask on to wear one. She made me feel like I had to force her to keep one on. The doctors however told me not to worry about forcing her to wear it that they understand and it's not worth the fight so that was nice.

Very satisfying! No waiting, Dr. A. is a wonderful doctor, very personable, explained everything, which I appreciate. Very reassuring! I told her I’m recommending her to my friends and family! Nick, the young man who helped pick frames was excellent!! I’m recommending him also! Knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Horowitz is excellent at her profession. She is personable, very thorough, and efficient. It is obvious she enjoys her job. She happily discussed all of my concerns and answered all of my many questions so I understood what was going on during the examination and afterwards. She took extra steps to ensure I would get the perfect prescription. Thank you to the wonderful supporting staff at her office and Costco staff member, Beth, as well. Beth treated me like family and is very pleasant and professional also. She was attuned to my needs and went above and beyond fitting me for new frames, she even helped me pick them out after I asked for her opinion :) My entire experience with getting new glasses was a great pleasure from the eye exam to purchasing two different frames. Thank you!

Great staff, since it was end of the year it was very busy. Ali did the best he could in that tiny office and squeezed us because of a cancellation that afternoon. Dr. Schiff was very kind to me and my son.

Best optometrist I have ever seen! Office is very friendly and works as a team. Dr. August treats you like a human being and not just some other patient. He showed me my images for my OCT and retinal exams and explained them to me. I can tell he loves his job and is very personable.

Dr. August is very precise and very patient. You don't feel rushed when looking through the lenses and you know the scrip you get will be right. The staff is also very friendly and care about you're comfort. I haven't seen another doctor since finding him and I don't plan to either.

Can't say enough good things! Driving home, I stopped in to Lenscrafters to get my glasses fixed. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been in the store.... I was greeted immediately by the nicest person , I think his name was Brian but you'll know him by his smile and nice demeanor. He was able to fix my glasses on the spot. I was prepared to pay bc I had gotten the glasses elsewhere and I was never their customer but alas...NO CHARGE! Finally, as I was trying on my glasses, the manager came to the front of the store and double checked my face and she was also the nicest. I am officially their newest customer. I WILL be back! Ps...they have womens, men's, children's, and sunglasses. Very stylish, high end brands. Great location, plenty of parking.
