I am not a patient, but, I called and asked questions about the eye charts. And staff went above in helping me who was not a patient for them. They took the time to help me and answer my questions.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Dragoo for three years now. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. Dr. Dragoo is exceptionally good at what she does—discovering eye issues two of our children had and providing vision therapy to cure them of their issues. In addition, the staff is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. They go far above and beyond the call of duty. Kelly was exceptionally helpful in finding me the best (and most stylish!) glasses I have ever owned. I have very thick lenses and glasses often feel like binoculars, but she picked a pair that fit my style and would best hold my lenses ro provide a natural view of the world. Eric is always kind and helpful. Melissa provided incredible vision therapy for the kids. I wish I could remember the name of the staff person whose specific job it is to help with insurance—she was INCREDIBLY helpful and went far above and beyond. The entire staff works together so beautifully. They were all beyond helpful when my husband had some specific eye issues, as well. I could not more highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Dragoo is a amazing Dr. that really cares and listens to her patients. I had Graves Ted’s disease of the eyes. And not only did she see me every step of the way through it. But I also seen her wonderful staff for vision therapy. With their wisdom and help it completely shortened the recovery process significantly less. So I highly recommend everyone at the office. Great team

Dr Dragoo is my absolute favorite optometrist I have ever been to! She has a clear passion for what she does and is genuinely concerned about her patients needs & well being. I have been to many doctors who come across as thinking of you as a patient that they want to ensure gets adequate (or maybe even good) care, but you can tell that she truly cares. I have confidence that she does care and will not lead you astray. If anything, you will leave feeling like you have a doctor you have faith in and that you have gained a new friend in the process!

Bought glasses about 6 months ago. The lens fell out (they fixed that)and now the coating is coming off of them. Called and they said bring them in and we will see what we could do. Went and they said sorry we can't help. Why tell me to go up there. Bought glasses there for years. Service and quality has gone down. Guess I take my business elsewhere from now on. UPDATE. Called the office again and told the rep that said they could assist me but the assoc would not assist. He is now taking care of the issue.

Standing here Right now. The "assistant" lied and said she needed 30 minutes. I return 25 minutes later, not only is she helping someone else, but said, "I haven't even started on you yet." I gave her a receipt to look up my name and information and everything. Take your insurance somewhere that your glasses won't break in less than 6 months and you won't get lied to about getting them fixed. Go somewhere else especially if you don't want to deal with rude, optical assistants.

I rarely give reviews, but this one deserves a 5-star! I have been needing glasses for months now and was planning on going to my regular optometrist/ophthalmologist to order a pair. Due to COVID, they kept BSing me every two weeks "we'll be open on this date." I finally decided to go to the Vision Center inside the Novi store without an appointment to pick out and order a pair of glasses. Dr. Deek and Ruth were EXTREMELY helpful with picking out what I wanted. I told Ruth what brand I wanted, looked at the selection they had and narrowed it down to two pairs. I was in and out of there in less than 30-minutes. My glasses will, hopefully, be ready by the end of the week. Thank you Dr Deek and his team for helping me select my new pair of glasses. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a glasses store. The store itself was kind of dusty and dirty, which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if I hadn’t also seen a roach making its way to the back right when I walked in. Other people might not mind that as much but I have a bit of a roach phobia. Also, the eye machine basically exploded mid exam which was kind of terrifying. I can’t see myself going back or recommending this place to anyone. My eyes are already bad, I don’t want to risk making them worse.

My experience was great! Josh is an excellent at his job!
