Frustrating experience - first, the contacts and glasses are not less expensive than elsewhere; which you would expect by coming to the club. They do have more convenient hours than local options. I purchased contacts and glasses, but the staff basically refuse to give my RX to an online source that I use for auto-shipping contacts. I spent about $800 with them before requesting to take my RX online. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years, and ordering online for a decade. It has never been an issue before with any other provider. For this reason alone, I will not come back.

Worst place ever been there twice shortest wait was 30 minutes.was told my lenses had one bad Len's if I got it there in two days it would be covered.i make a special trip to my work get there and it's not covered and 99.00 one waited two hours.they should of closed the one on wixom road worst and slowest place ever

Highly recommend. Staff are very customer oriented. They fixed a mistake an outside optometrist made. So basically they fixed someone else's mistake at no additional cost to me.

I would recommend Northwest Eye Physicians to anyone looking for complete satisfaction, this is a very professional business. Dr. Elnek is very confident and does great eye surgery and completely meets the criteria of getting the job well done. Nikki makes appointments with clarity, she’s very encouraging, polite, and loving. All other co-workers were very nice and polite as well. There was a 10 minute wait time, and a 30 minute eye exam follow-up, including meeting with the Doctor.

Stay away from this provider. Incredibly long wait times, very disorganized. People at the reception are very rude, you can clearly see they don't like their job. Also despite the fact they were in-network providers for my insurance, they insisted to pay upfront and then submit the claim to the insurance company by myself. Completely unacceptable. Please do a favor to yourself and go somewhere else.

The ophthalmologist was very very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all of my questions I have no issues or concerns. I go to provision on a yearly basis I get my eyes checked. The staff is courteous and helpful, and I will continue to get my eyes examined at this provision. It was a great experience always

The staff was very pleasant, kind, and helpful. You can tell that they all genuinely care and want you to have the best experience. The doctor was helpful, encouraging, and created an inviting and safe atmosphere for me to ask questions. One of the other staff people helped me pick out my glasses and offered some helpful tips. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff was excellent in their professionalism and care to me as a new client.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. For a Monday morning, the staff working were very upbeat. Great to experience in today's work place.
