Just picked up my new glasses (which I love)! Doctor Galper and her staff are the best. My husband and I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Bonnie is the greatest when it comes to fitting frames, too.

I have only trusted my eyes to Dr Galper and her team here for the last several years. She is kind, knowledgeable and just a great Dr! Not to mention thorough! Always grateful for my visits here. Highly Recommend! ❤️

Been going to Americas best for a while now. A few weeks ago I went in as I was having issues with my one of my eyes. I was seen by the doctor that said I had an infection but he couldn’t give me a prescription and that I needed to use lubricanting drops. After about 10 days and it not getting better I went to a different eye doctor and I have an ulcer. Will not be going back. Would rather pay higher price for more quality eye care.

Very rude when we walked in. Daughter had an appointment. Was told after filling out info that she couldn’t be seen because of her age. I should have left after hearing how she addressed people on the phone… How she spoke about them with other staff… The eye rolls, the attitude from the “Can I help you?” Like having an appointment was an inconvenience to her. I have worked primary and specialty care and I never, no matter how short staffed, stressed or whatever; would be or could be rude to patients. My daughter is 10 and even made a comment about it when we got to the car! Horrible service, unfriendly and incredibly rude.

The front staff are extremely rude. You can tell they do not like their career path choice. The eye doctor I saw was nice and knowledgeable. Good luck!

Wonderful location, wonderful staff, Dr. Kashat is incredibly knowledgeable, and I would definitely go visit again, there was a bit of a wait beforehand. Edit: incredible!! The new eyeglasses I ordered literally were delivered to my door within two hours of leaving, it's like magic 20/10!

Really lovely, smooth experience. - Easy booking an appointment online - Get to take care of all the forms online at your convenience - Punctual appointment start time - All of the staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. - The doctor even took the time to teach me something new about what a healthy interior of the eye looks like. - The front desk staff was patient and gave great feedback to help me make up my mind on a pair of frames - Sparkling clean location, seems like they really invest in high quality equipment for providing care. 11/10 recommend and will return myself.

From the moment I stepped into their store, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere. The store was impeccable—clean, with the eyeglass frames displayed in a methodically organized fashion. It was evident that those maintaining the store have a clear dedication to creating a pleasant environment for their customers. However, the standout experience was the service I received from a store associate named Laura. Having tripped and damaged my glasses, I was unsure if I had purchased the optional damage coverage because I could not find my original purchase receipt. Laura swiftly pulled up my record, confirming my coverage and putting my concerns at ease. Her sensitivity and adaptability were commendable. Seeing that I was using a cane due to Multiple Sclerosis, Laura immediately offered a more comfortable option—taking a seat and being assisted from there. Additionally, her ability to multitask, assisting me while acknowledging another customer, was impressive. LensCrafters proved to be much more than a glasses store. It's an establishment that prides itself on professionalism, quality and customer service. I am pleased to give them a stellar rating of 10 out of 5 for exceeding my expectations. Their integrity in service and meticulousness in their environment is truly exemplary. If you’re in need of eyewear, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LensCrafters in Novi. Be sure to ask for Laura, although I am sure all of their associates will provide you with the same exceptional service.

I walked in without an apt. at 9am. I was immediately greeted. I discussed my eye issues, and had an apt a half hour later. Dr. Ray did the exam and he answered my questions in a friendly manner, while giving me clear and concise information. The woman who greeted me and the woman who helped me pick out my frames were friendly yet very professional. I would recommend the Novi Lenscrafter to anyone seeking an eye exam.

Great frame selection, speedy and helpful service. I never would have picked out red Versace but they looked great and I'm excited for them to arrive.
