Dr. REETA RAINA provided outstanding service. Her professionalism and expertise during my eye examination was tremendous. She educated me and answered all of my questions. I love the way my contact lenses fit during trial phase. And look forward to receiving my new glasses. Thank you very much.

The staff was very down to earth and the optometrist was very thorough in his explanation of my eye condition. He answered all of my questions. Gil was cool, and helped me select a good pair of frames that suited me. I have been coming to this location since I was a kid and probably will continue to do so, mostly in part to the great service. Thank you! Дуже дякую!

Friendly professional staff. Clean and modern store. Great online scheduling system. Really appreciated the in depth explanation of eye conditions and exam processes by the doctors. Associate was very knowledgeable and attentive helping us to find perfect pair of glasses.

Great Appointment today at Novi Ophthalmology. Staff was friendly & professional! Dean was exceptional in answering all my questions and made me very comfortable. Dr Dhaliwal relieved all my concerns with thorough information yet easy for me to understand. I trust his skill and know I'm in good hands today and all future appointments. Thank you to everyone, Staff, Dean & Dr Dhaliwal! Don't hesitate to make an appointment with them!

Dr. Dhaliwal and his assistant Dean were absolutely wonderful! They were so caring and personable and knew exactly how to calm my sister for a much needed YAG laser surgery. Dr. Dhaliwal even arranged his day so he could have extra time to calm her before the procedure. Between him and Dean, it worked. I am happy to say the surgery was a success! I would highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal, for any eye care you may need. He truly is outstanding at what he does, and I am so grateful, Dr. Randhawa referred him to us.

I applied to a position at their clinic, and they gave me the job offer and then week before i start that tell me they don’t have the position??? Extremely unprofessional people, they wasted my time. They even brought me in for an interview as well. Lol don’t apply to this unprofessional office.

Doctor Rimsha was great in helping understand what is going on with my eyes health and understanding what lenses work best for my needs.
The employee TJ that works the front desk was great in helping find glasses that would look good on me and fit me best. Unfortunately felt bad for her for being understaffed and trying to manage several customers at once. But she always kept a cold head dealing with them

I had a very bad experience at this store and no resolution from attempting to resolve through their 800 number. I had an appointment, the Optometrist and the woman handling the pre-check were very nice. The person at the front-desk was not. After the optometrist finishes with you, I was not provided any instructions on what happened next and unlike every other visit I have ever had to an optometrist, She did not review my prescription. I was standing next to the front desk and the woman did not make eye contact and took the next person walking through the door. When I asked her, she told me I was 3rd in line after another person walked in. The store had been empty when I finished with the optometrist. She continued to have extremely bad body language and I became agitated and told them I would come back when they were not busy. She insisted that I pay the co-pay, so I waited 15 minutes and she finally gave me the bill and the prescription. The prescription was not correct, I have worn reading glasses for 20 years and new it was not right, but the optometrist was now in with another patient and unavailable. I left and called the 800 number, I was assured that a manager would contact me in 24 - 48 hours, but no call back. I was given the same runaround on the 800 number the second time I called. BTW, it takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes for your call to be answered. So now I'm out $20.00 in co-pay and have used up my insurance for shoddy service. Please go somewhere else if you can, this is a corporate entity with great marketing, but terrible customer service.

I had an emergency where my son has his contact stuck in his eye. We did not get the contacts from Visionworks but they were open later than my son's doctor so I called them frantic to please help. The office staff was so kind and told me to come in. The doctor went above and beyond and stayed late to help out my son and did get the contact out of his eye. All of this and we were not even patients. I will be moving our scripts over to this location from the superior care I received at such a stressful time. The office is also beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend this location. Dr. C and Darlana were absolutely amazing and saved our evening.

The office staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They went over the cost of my contacts and glasses. The doctor's exam was very thorough. I absolutely love the trial contacts and will be placing my order for them. Highly recommend them!

Love this place! the staff and the Doctors are very polite and professional! Easy to schedule appointments, Wayne always goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Dr. Liberman is very nice and easy to talk to and explains my eye condition so i could easily understand as well as answer any questions I have about contacts and glasses and health of my eyes!
