The staff at Family Eye Care are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Lees is very kind and professional, and he answers all questions thoroughly. This is a great place to visit for glasses and contacts; there is a large selection of frames, and they are of high quality. My glasses and contacts were ready within the week, and the same timeliness has been experienced by all six in my family. I have been visiting Dr. Lees for the past twenty plus years, and his service never wavers. If you want excellent care, outstanding service, and quality eye wear, you will be extremely satisfied with Family Eye Care & Contact Lens Center.

I have no idea how this office has this many good reviews. Dr. Lee was very nice and personable, but the office staff is terrible and they want to fee you to death to pay for all their equipment. I arrived to my appointment on time but had to wait a half hour because the woman who's appointment was after mine showed up early. They got my prescription wrong and despite being given the HARD SELL for glassen from there, I opted to order online because I'm a mom of 2 and my glasses get roughed up (which I was very transparent about because my current ones are in such bad shape). The receptionist was so incredibly rude to me when I called and asked if they'd check out the glasses I ordered because I ordered multiple pairs and all of them were messed up in one eye but since I didn't order them there, they'd charge me. I couldn't tell you the fee because I think she was making it up as she went along, so it was different every time we spoke. Ok, understandable. I kindly told her I'd skip that and just grab my contacts. I think my original appointment was rushed and they were running behind so they didn't properly fit me. I was supposed to try on the contacts in the office but the receptionist threw them at me over the counter and told me call if there's any issues. ⚠️ EDITING TO ADD: I went back a second time to have my eyes checked and was given a completely different prescription. We ordered trial contacts and had them sent to my house because once again I couldn't try them in store and I was told it was safe to order new glasses online. I should have known better than to order them before the contacts came in but I did and of course my prescription was wrong AGAIN. I had to cancel my glasses and was charged for half the order and ended up just going to Sam's Club optical and paying out of pocket since MyEyeDr. wasted my exam covered by insurance. The doctor there came up with COMPLETELY different numbers, allowed me to try my contacts on in store, and even let me test out the prescription in glasses too. Overall, the office staff at MyEyeDr. was friendly but essentially useless and cost me a ton more money and time than necessary. I feel bad giving 1 star but honestly, this entire ordeal was ridiculous and unpleasant. Over 3 months since my first contact with them and i can FINALLY get new glasses.

I place great confidence in my eye heath needs with Dr. LEES and his capable staff. In every way Dr. Lees has handled my eye care needs with foresight and follow up. Thank you Family Eye Care for a warm Port Huron welcome.

The team is always welcoming & professional. I have been a customer for about 10 years & have always been satisfied. If/when there is a mistake make, they are quick to remedy the situation. I am extremely satisfied with their service & will continue going there for years!

Very pleasant experience. Office staff is very caring and knowledgeable explaining issues as they arose during the exam. I am somewhat indecisive but finding the perfect frames was easy. They also work hard to keep the final cost within my budget. Highly recommend this location. Thank you

Kudos to the staff! All were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff even took extra step to provide me with provider information not listed on my Cigna card.Can't wait to get my new glasses. And thank you for adjusting my old glasses!

My first experience with eye injections for wet degeneration was beyond the word scary--- but the staff was awesome and helped me walk through my visit. Dr. Randhawa is very good. I feel like I am in good hands with him. The injections are getting a little more easier and I do see progress.

Been wearing glasses for 50 yrs. Now. First time at Fraser optical and did a great job with everything. Dave and Vicki are the best, they helped out tremendously.

Today was a good day as I found Fraser Optical. They accepted my insurance, offered me an extensive option of frames and lenses. Exam was done in a proficient manner with the optometrist giving me a detailed explanation of my eye health status while the optician explained my optical benefits to me. A good day to be me.
