Having purchased glasses with the previous people running this optical center, I have to say the new person running it (Anette) is like night and day. Anette was super helpful, friendly, and courteous. I wish all of my retail experiences went like this one. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for glasses.

Had a great experience getting new prescription glasses here today. Very pleasant, professional and courteous customer service. I was asked if I had insurance and was pleasantly surprised that I did and they took it. It cost me $47.00 for progressive lenses and frames on my Medicare Advantage plan. Wonderful!

Their customers service skills are bad. Between two employees no one said hi. Even though i asked what my insurance covered they put their lenses in my order without asking which cant be changed after 30 minutes. They did the same thing to my husband last time he got his glasses. We won't be going there again.

Dr. Parikh and the team at the surgery center were excellent during both of my recent cataract surgeries. I am grateful to them for my clear vision! They were very patient and kind. I was very nervous and they helped me stay calm every step of the way. You can tell that they are experts and know what they are doing. Me and my family have been going here to this location for many years. We are a family of eyewear needing people. I have always been pretty happy with the level of service, care and advice that we get when we go there. However, today I currently have a bad taste in my mouth. My spouse ordered me Ray Ban Prescription Sunglasses for a surprise birthday gift. The glasses came in today and I picked them up, tried them on and loved them!! I was so excited, I immediately put them on to drive home, snapped a selfie and sent it to my wife. I was just living my best life finally with prescription sunglasses that I have been holding off on purchasing for years. She messaged me back saying "Looks good!!! Where is the Ray Ban etching on the lenses"? I replied "they didn't have etching on the lenses". My wife was confused and wanted the signature etching on the lenses. I was unfazed either way because I just loved them. So my spouse made a call to Nashua Eye to find out what happened, and they advised "they don't order Ray Ban Lenses due to multiple customers in the past not liking them". This to her and I feels like a serious bait and switch. It was advertised on the wall as Ray Ban glasses with the etching and I think the common, everyday consumer would expect that this is what they are getting, with the obvious exceptions of the modifications to tint, color, lens protectant and or course the prescription. This is POOR, business practices!!! If this is your policy it should be made CLEAR to the consumer in a clear and concise language that they WILL NOT be getting Ray Ban lenses, and the consumer should be able to make the decision if they want to move forward or not. It was NEVER brought up ONCE in the consult while my wife was working with the representative to build the glasses for me. A couple of additional notes: -The glasses also came with the original etched nonprescription lenses?!?!? -The rep when I picked up the glasses made it seem to me like my wife purchased a 2 year lens protection plan, apparently this just comes from the lens manufacture they used, as its not on my receipt. -I was also showed a Certificate of Authenticity Card, which I thought was for the Ray Bans, but was for the lenses.....Like WHAT?!?!? -I can get the same glasses with Ray Ban lenses without my insurance right now from Ray Ban directly for roughly $100-$150 more. Overall just a really disappointing, disheartening, and poor experience for us from a company that we overall had pleasant prior experiences with. Yes I have the receipt, and yes the lenses we have are listed there, but again the AVERAGE consumer would not know whether that was a material, a manufacture or other. You have to have ethical business practices and this is not that. Buyer Beware!!

Had two cataract surgeries recently.DR. Parikh explained everything that would happen during the surgery and what to expect when I get home.His surgical skills are excellent,his communication skills are great and he comes across as an all around good guy that happens to be an eye surgeon. I would definitely recommend Dr. Parikh to anyone that was looking for a skilled ophthalmologist . .

Dr. Friedman is a great listener. I've always found him very willing to work with me to come up with the best solutions for my various needs, be it driving, working on the computer, or seeing a menu in a restaurant. I highly recommend Gateway.

Wonderful visit today… met with Dr.Skeya who was very nice and thorough!! I needed both glasses and Sunglasses and Christine and Debbie were so helpful in helping out with the selection!! I left and wondered if other offices were like this!!! Thank you again !

I've been going here for over 25 years. Dr. B is friendly, professional and one of the best opthalmologists I've ever gone to. I recommend him most highly.

Yesterday I visited Gateway Vision to have my glasses straightened. During my trip from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts for work, I accidentally bumped my wireless frames and bent them considerably. The Gateway optician (Niko, I think) repaired my glasses and wouldn't take the payment I offered. My glasses now fit better than when I first bought them. I highly recommend Gateway Vision. I wish they had a store in PA.
