I wanna start by saying this is the first review I ever take the time to write. I really feel their service deserves to be recognized . When walking in I was greeted by their friendly staff. I went in for an eye exam and I cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Ramos . He was very patient with me and took time to explain every aspect of the examination. They took away the stress that usually comes from the process , and I’m very grateful for that. It’s refreshing to find businesses such as this that’s still take the time to give outstanding service and without rush!

Amazing service!! We just dropped in with my kiddos glasses that had been stepped on and Bailey fixed them as well as cleaned and tightened the screws on my sunglasses at no charge. We are patients of Dr Kimball and would recommend this business to anyone!

Very bad experience with front disk she took all information about my son and after one week i called them again they said to me they didn’t make eye exam for my son 5years old😞😞😞ana I waited for her reply for one week !!!! …

Wonderful experience. Family office feel - two sons took over the practice from their dad. The office staff were the most helpful I've encountered at a doctor's office (explaining what's covered by my insurance up front, even helping to schedule a specialist appt. on my behalf after my appt.). The vision technology was more advanced than all the eye doctors I've seen previously (incorporating colors and dual vision). I saw Dr. Derek Muto who was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

I loved the customer service, she was friendly and helped me get what I wanted at the best price! Worth going across the bay for!
