Love love love her, She’s literally the best optometrist. I’ve refer my whole family to her now. My in laws, my dad… she’s just the best. Very honest down to earth doctor. She will make sure you are taken care of. If you speak Spanish, she’s patient and is able to communicate with her clients as well. My dad is very old and easily gets confused… she’s made his consultations really easy going for him and myself. Definitely recommended

Dr Politi has been treating my mother for several months. Although my mother is elderly, I admire the courtesy and compassion that he demonstrates during her visits. He explains each procedure at the beginning of the visit which puts my Mother and me at ease. His bedside manners exceeds expectations in a time when some doctors rush patients. Most importantly, is the fact that since his treatment to my Mother her vision has improved significantly. I would recommend any patient who needs overall eye treatment especially persons with retina issues. This is my first hand experience!

Dr. Michael Politi is an exceptional eye doctor, and my first visit to his clinic was a delightful experience. Right from the beginning, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming manner in which I was greeted by Dr. Politi and his staff. The efficient process of immediately being taken to the various check-up machines further contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience. What truly stood out during my visit was the amount of time Dr. Politi dedicated to me. He spent a considerable amount of time discussing my vision, glaucoma, and other aspects of my eyes. This thorough approach gave me confidence that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and takes their eye health seriously. Moreover, the session with Dr. Politi was not only informative but also highly educative. He took the time to explain various aspects of my eye health, which helped me better understand my condition and how to take care of my eyes in the future. My experience with Dr. Politi was absolutely fantastic. His office squeezed me in as an emergency. The office staff processed me quickly, and everyone was kind and friendly. Dr. Politi himself was very empathetic, patient, and took his time explaining and answering all of my questions. He clearly is an expert in his field. Went as an emergency, but will return as a permanent patient. Thank you!

David is sooo sweet, professional and amazing with kids. He even let my daughter who is 6 yrs old go into the back to see all the incredible puzzles he put together!!! We have been going to years for my 14 yr old and 6 yr old

Was able to get a same day appointment to have an eye exam for $39 to renew my NY driver's license. Ordered new glasses. Reminded them twice to send my exam results to DMV because my license was expiring. It wasn't done before they left on Friday! My license expired on Sunday. Called them on Monday and had them send it to the DMV while I was on the phone. No apology. No recognition of the stress I was under all weekend trying to renew online and not being able to, then not being able to legally drive for two days! I was happy with my eye exam and happy with my new glasses, but not happy with their lack of follow through and lack of concern over the effect that had on me.

Wize Eyes in Hicksville NY deserves five stars. David is exceptional and makes great glasses , as well as, his puzzle making is just astonishing. It’s like artwork in there. He really took care of me and did the right thing. Very very happy. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you.

The Dr. was very good, but when it came to meeting with the Optician Stacey that all changed. Once she heard my husband and I only wanted frames that were covered by our insurance she could not be botherd, She showed me a few frames. But when came to my husband she didn't even get out of her chair and then seemed to have an attitude. We have been patients for many year, last year we moved a half hour away but continued to travel here, but after this experience we are considering looking elsewhere.

Very surprised by the negative reviews. I've been coming here for 20 years and never anything but a good experience. Always friendly at the front desk. The doctors and optricians are great. Just had lasik with Dr. Malik, also, and everything went well.

I have been going here for years. Everyone is always helpful - Stacy goes above and beyond for everyone she helps! She is always so patient and accommodating - she even went out of her way to get me new glasses over the weekend when I lost mine!
