WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! Make eye glasses Oct 21st 2023 and I have heard nothing. it is more than three weeks and told me the lap not sent it to the store wait for another week.. Alex told me if you cancel the order will not get refund for the insurance covered which $100 Dollar something. What the heck? 😁. Joke

Pearl Vision Jericho is amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. I called with an urgent situation. My son needed a new pair of lenses quickly before he left for college. Heather answered my call and she couldn’t have been more accommodating! She had me come in and in 20 minutes my son had a new pair of lenses for his frames! Thank you to Heather and the entire staff from the bottom of my heart!

Everyone, from the doctors to the staff were wonderful. Doctors were knowledgeable, explained answers to all of your questions and were always kind and courteous.Appointments were very timely and the whole experience could be any better. Thank you!

This was such a disappointing first visit. First, I was not seen until 40 minutes past my appointment time. I was told there wasn't a room, while other people who got there after me was taken. The first person I saw did not introduce herself, did not call me by name, and took measurements without explanation and no engagement with me as a person. I then waited some more. The optician came in next - she also didn't use my name, I had to ask her her's and who she was, and she also seemed disinterested in my care. The woman who took the eye pictures did introduce herself, and showed me where to go next. I waited 25 minutes for dilation (long yes?) and finally met the doctor. I actually liked Dr Ashley Khalil - she was warm, asked me how I'd like to be addressed, and answered my questions. I spent 2 1/2 hours at this appointment (including the wait time). Surely there is a more attentive eye care clinic on Long Island.

World renowned eye care ! Absolutely the best eye care I have ever received and I have been wearing glasses for 62 years ...but I am not any longer !! Dr Djougarians skill and knowledge has given me a gift that I will never be able to repay..my eyesight These folks are THE BEST Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful and the doctors take time to listen and explain everything If you are in need of eye care then you need not look any further

Wednesday was the first time I’ve experienced such bizarre behavior in an establishment meant to help and serve people. I was in line to pick up my medication and buy a couple of other things when I witnessed a pharmacist and the owner berating a young girl about her prescription. My heart started to empathize with her when she started to look embarrassed and ready to cry. They spoke about her conditions, surgeries, and medications loud enough for everyone there to hear. They then began to speak about the location of her house and her job. She was pleading the entire time for them to lower there voice but they refused. Instead of calling her prescribing doctor for clarification they screamed at her and started to suggest that she doesn’t fit they’re targeted clientele. It was clear she was being discriminated against and it made me and others around me visibly uncomfortable. If anyone knows who I can report this to please reply to this. They should be reprimanded for horrible customer service and traumatizing a woman that clearly has a lot going on.

Very helpful and responsive. We use them mostly for durable medical equipment (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs, commodes, hospital beds). We've also ordered lift chairs for clients.

Very helpful and courteous. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always accessible for questions.

Dr. Cai is efficient, professional, and very nice to deal with. He performed a thorough exam, with the most up-to-date equipment, and he worked to keep the cost of services down. A great find!

This location is clean safe and well maintained. Dr. Leon Cai was pleasant ,helpful ,and very experienced. The office location is great and parking is right in front. This Doctor goes the extra mile .I will use Mineola Vision again and again..

Mineola Vision is amazing! I broke my glasses and needed a new pair asap. I was able to get a new pair of glasses the same day while other offices told me I would have to wait 2 weeks. They were very responsive and presented me with options. I left with new glasses without having to pay any outside costs that weren’t covered by my insurance. Thank you Mineola Vision!
