I was given with excellent service from Eileen, Dr. Kristina and the fantastic store manager, Kayla. Caring, highly qualified and interested in their patients, they provided me with an expert follow up appointment and rechecked my prescription. I was truly impressed by this practice.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Used to be Optix now MyEyeDr. This time we came on a Tue afternoon and there was no wait and we were greeted promptly and warmly. Same wonderful service. Great team working here. Professional and accommodating. Explained clearly what's covered under insurance. A lot of frames (brands and style) to choose from.

Dr. Sable is the most professional and patient doctor I have been to in years. He just did cataract surgery on both of my mothers eyes and her vision is better and clearer than ever. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Michael d sable is an excellent eye doctor. I highly recommend him. I was very nervous about my recent cataract surgery on my left eye but he explained the procedure very clearly to me and answered my questions thoroughly. July 22 i felt very comfortable having the procedure done because I knew what to expect. I was very happy about my results. The day after surgery went for check up and my vision improved greatly. Before surgery was 20/80. After surgery 20/40. I was very happy that I was able to read the chart better. I am looking forward to my continued healing with my left eye I am looking forward to having my cataract surgery on my right eye on August 5. I know I am in good hands. The office staff is excellent too. They answered my questions completely each time and there never was a long wait to talk to someone. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went over the paperwork before my first surgery. God bless Michael d sable and everyone else in the office. You are the best! .

Only optometrist I've found who was able to demonstrate what progressive lenses felt like with a demo unit. Recommend a visit if you're considering them.

Words can't describe how caring and how amazing Dr Zagelbaum is. He really goes above and beyond to answer any questions you have and to make sure he gets to the bottom of any issues you have. I been seeing him to monitor my freckles behind the eye and to control the blepharitis im dealing with. He truly cares and by far is the best eye dr on Long Island! Its important to go to someone who will go above and beyond to get you better!!!

If I could give Dr. Zagelbaum zero stars, I would. Please, if you value professional, courteous, and polite staff, DO NOT go here. Dr. Zagelbaum leads by example and is rude, rushed, and unhelpful in his explanations. His staff is also curt on the phone and does not make you feel welcomed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bruce Zagelbaum is the epitome of poor professionalism in the ophthalmology field. Save your time and your money - do not come here. I was unfortunately misled by doctors who know him for his professional resume, but not for how he actually treats his patients. His staff has also been nothing but rude and unkind each time I visit. Learn from my mistakes.
