The staff was fine. The Optometrisr, ‘ dr Chris’ did the exam. He apparently did not do the exam correctly as when the glasses were ready, they were not the correct prescription. The exam had to be redone - his reasoning was that the lens he used must have been damaged. He did both exams manually - never used the machine. I had called the office the day after the first exam and told Cathy that I was concerned about the prescrition, as the numbers I was given did not make sense. My left eye has always had slightly better vision than my right eye. The Rx numbers I was given did not reflect that. I was told not to worry, if there was an issue, they would do whatever was needed to correct it. If I am not satisfied with the new version, I will request a full refund and go elsewhere

The new doctor, Dr. Davis, introduced himself and welcomed me warmly. He examined my eyes and explained my symptoms in a very clear manner. He encouraged questions and answered them fully. He changed my prescription and sais he hopes it will clear my problem.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Everyone was cordial. Appointment was timely & complete. Not rushed in any way. I was able to roam through the frames and figure out what was best & Catherine talked me through all lens options & got me on my way. Nice to experience such nice & helpful people as well as the Doctor’s time to get me the perfect prescription & recommendations.

Dr. Verni is a skilled ophthalmologist - and a very trustworthy person.

Wonderful physician. He picked up findings on physical exam that several other physicians missed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is very courteous as well.

I find the Hicksville office of OCLI to be a terrific resource for the community. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. However, I must say that Maria is particularly dedicated and goes well out of her way to help patients at the office. The star of the show in my mind however, is doctor Fisherman. He’s a lovely man who I trust implicitly. I recently had cataract surgery over the summer and continue to be a Patient of the office under the careful eye (pun intended) of doctor Fisherman.

Both Drs. Fisherman and Sable have been used by my family for over 30 years+. They are very professional and make me feel extremely comfortable. Looking forward to having my cataracts removed. My Mom had hers removed by Dr. Sable over 21 Years ago.

Went to OCLI for my yearly visit. Can't say enough about the staff. From the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone always pleasant courteous, professional, but above all very therall. I was also very impressed with their social distancing measures. 4 seats in their waiting room. Keep up the good work.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Used to be Optix now MyEyeDr. This time we came on a Tue afternoon and there was no wait and we were greeted promptly and warmly. Same wonderful service. Great team working here. Professional and accommodating. Explained clearly what's covered under insurance. A lot of frames (brands and style) to choose from.
