I had not been to the office since the virus shut down began. I was very impressed with the procedures in place to address the virus. It was also much first time seeing Dr Yao and was very impressed her professionalism and patient concern. She fully explained the next steps we will be taking to address my cataract surgery. She took her time to make sure all of my questions were answered and an concerns I had were addressed. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Worst experience ever with any physician I've ever known. My mom saw Dr. Michelle Yao for an eye procedure, and she gave her no verbal directions for aftercare. Instead, she handed her some sheets of paper not even related to her procedure. Mom had some complications a few days later, and we called Dr. Yao 4 or 5 times over the course of a week, and neither she nor her office ever returned our calls. The final attempt at calling I used the emergency option to press 1, and the best the staff could do was keep me on hold 15 minutes then asked me for a good return call number. I never received a call back, therefore I was forced to take mom to urgent care, who recommended an emergency visit to an ophthalmologist THAT night. All because Dr. Yao would not return my call even on an emergency basis. I blame the staff and management of OCLI, in addition to Dr. Yao, for their lack of care, empathy, compassion, concern and downright inefficiency. Clearly, OCLI is a business model that focuses solely on the bottom line and how many patients they can book for procedures in their eye mill. I canceled our follow up appointment as well as a future surgical procedure. This was a miserable experience that caused us undue stress, anxiety and major inconvenience for mom who is 88 years old.

Dr. Napoliatano as always is a very thorough and caring Doctor . And her staff especially Rosa was so helpful and Conscientious asset to her office.

Dr. Melania is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. She's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough, especially if you have issues. Her staff is also very efficient and patient, which is a plus.

I had an AMAZING experience today at 20/20 EYE CARE! Firstly, a loud and raucous round of applause for the customer service, friendliness, product knowledge, and diligence of Assistant Manager Javon. Secondly, I appreciate the thoroughness and attentiveness to my symptoms during my eye exam by Doctor Napolitano. She was helpful and explained the necessary steps for my dry eye condition. The store is clean, the service was consistent, & I adore the high-end frames and stylish options. I had an eye exam, a contact lens fitting, was measured for new Prada eye glasses & Burberry sun glasses. The Prada sun glasses weee 50% off and luckily the brown transitional shade was an option (my preference) for my eye glasses. Parking: Street Frame options: 5/5 *though pricey for high-end options Store ease to locate: 5/5 Quality of eye exams/testing: 5/5 Customer service: 4.8/5 Contact lens options: 5/5 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4.9/5 **Spanish speakers available at this location I highly recommend this establishment for eye exams, contact lens options, and stylish and high-end glasses and sunglasses!! {Pics of my new PRADA sun glasses!}
