Going to OCLI Rockville Centre, Garden City and Lynbrooke for over 10 years and have had some good and some terrible experiences. Staff were often rude and did not communicate in the RVC office. Everyone was rushed, with long waits in between many eye tests administered. Nothing was explained about test results. A cataract operation was done with inadequate anesthesia, despite pt. warning and request. Followup with polishing of the lens membrane was good for one eye and not for the other. A glaucoma specialist, Dr. Carronia, always acted like a technical specialist, but not a human being, and would talk in jargon about eye test results to assistants in the office, but never explain to the patient. He was rude and abusive in a final appointment and stated alarming things about both retinas, then stomped out of the room before any questions could be asked. This resulted in seeing an OCLI retina specialist who found abnormalities in one retina, but not the other. At one point there were 4 doctors involved with no agreement between them. I requested a meeting to coordinate what was going on, got such scheduled only to arrive and find 1 of 4 doctors in the building, a total waste of my time and a total non-response to the crisis stirred up by Dr. Carronia. I left OCLI and found a very good eye doctor and a kind, humane retina specialist who actually did more testing and found what was wrong in the one retina and started treating it. Never going back.

She is a lovely person, kind, patient and a very smart ophthalmologist who can also refract. Thank you Dr petratos

Doctor and receptionists are very professional, just and well around. The two workers inside the doctor’s office are in different brackets. They’re not well around, not well traveled, lacking information and intelligence. Very primitive and dangerous, very blunt and oblivious, but they believe they know tremendous amounts. Isolated minds and hearts. What they say reflect on them: garbage. They don’t know the world is not just what’s in their heads. Two ungrateful, dishonest and disgraceful workers just there to get by. Playing their phones all the time. Disreputable and disrespectful to themselves. The place needs hire high quality people who are peaceful and respectful and know how to work

The doctor is very professional, just and kind. The receptionists are just as good as well. The assistants operate the machine and in doctor’s office are in different bracket. They are primitive, not well around, narrow and small hearts, isolated minds, not well mannered, not well traveled and lacking intelligence and knowledge. Very rude when they speak of their minds that reflect on them that they are biased and discriminatory. Not well informed and educated, open their mouths speaking garbage about themselves. It’s sad the office not selecting their workers. I guess the place is being very nice to give those opportunities to work. However, those two aren’t up to the professionalism and intelligence. No comprehension skills, no empathy, no sympathy and no heart. Pure racists because they are ignorant!!! Need to be taught to respect and behave like human beings

Dr Kligman and his staff are wonderful. The staff and Dr Kligman truly nice people. Dr Kligman is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent doctor. There is a long wait but that's what happens when you are really good.

The office was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional in their approach as I was a new patient to the practice. The doctor was very personable and answered my questions. I felt I had a thorough exam.
