Fabian the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Spent so much time trying to find me the right glasses! You really can’t beat their prices. I brought my own frames, (they don’t put prescriptions on Gucci or any designers.. which was a bummer) BUT he worked hard to find me a pair that worked. Found me some Ray Bans and I settled with those are a great price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had an amazing experience at the America's Best in Woodstock! Right from the start, I was impressed by the extensive selection of frames on display. They seem to have it all, and at prices that are truly attainable. It's refreshing to find a place that offers such variety without breaking the bank. Dr. Patel was a pleasure to interact with. His demeanor was very pleasant, and he conducted the eye examination with professionalism and care. It's always a good sign when the doctor makes you feel at ease, and Dr. Patel did just that. Fabian and Emily, also made it a great visit. They were not only helpful and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my options, ensuring that I could make the best decision for my vision needs and lifestyle. Their guidance was invaluable, and they did it all with a smile. I definitely recommend America's Best in Woodstock to anyone in need of eye care or new glasses. I'm definitely planning to return for all my future eye care needs. Thanks to the team for such a positive experience!

I have had a tremendous experience at this location. They have a great staff and doctors. I wanted to say a special thanks to Emily for being so helpful and patient with me during my IR class. Also, another shout out to Jocelyn for her help. I highly recommend this location for your next eye exam!

Dr Roshni Naik took the extra time to explain every detail concerning my eyes! I felt I made the right decision to purchase subscription sunglasses to protect my eyes even more after her careful evaluation of my eyesight! Well Done! great Dr. Clean office and professional staff.

I received the BEST eye exam last week from Dr. Naik. She was kind, thorough and professional. It feels good to have found an eye doctor that I can trust and continue to see in Woodstock, GA.

Dr. Naik was amazing. I trying contacts for the first time and she is being very patient. My eyes are both so different. She even answered questions during my eye exam that were prob stupid but I asked anyway. The place is clean and everyone there is very knowledgeable. I do recommend this place.

We were Hesitant to come back. We were looked over for other customers. So we had decided to look for somewhere else but our last 3 years of records was there. We walked in and Lisa spoke with a smile. Something that didn’t last time.Lisa is awesome. She had patience with my husband and myself. I couldn’t find what I wanted. I like different and some what weird. My husband found me a pair that was different and Lisa said if you like different and weird. She had something for me. A pair just like like my husband picked out but a weird color. They were made just for me. I love them. Thank you Lisa. We both left happy with a smile on our face. Oh the doctor Dattolo was great and real knowledgeable. We will be back as long as they are work.

Dr.Brown and the ladies at the front desk were awesome. They really made my experience stress free and treated me like a friend. They were very knowledgeable and even gave me some fashion advice in helping me pick out my frames. I definitely will make this my place for my eye care.

Very good and personable in store customer service. The optometrist was extremely polite, professional and easy going. I should have been going here I instead of Wally World. I had a great experience with target optical. I’ll be back.

I really enjoy the quality of care here. Dr. Edwards is a very nice doctor who answers all questions and really has excellent bedside manner. My only complaint is that you are never given your prescription unless you very directly ask for a copy. I always forget - I assume the paper receipt they give you has the prescription on it - and have to go back to get it. I understand they try to sell glasses also and don't want customers taking the prescriptions to cheaper options, but it sure is a PITA to have to find time to go back to get a copy of my actual prescription.

This was my first time visiting the office. My normal eye care place was closed for training the entire week. However, I needed to be seen for an urgent matter, and so was referred to Edwards Eye Care for an appointment. To say I was satisfied with my visit would be a complete understatement. I was BEYOND impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that was provided to me as a first time patient. Everyone within the office was absolutely welcoming, timely, and courteous. Dr. Edwards himself was extremely friendly and actually listened to my concerns regarding the issues I was experiencing with my eye. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a positive experience as a patient. Specifically, he took the time to review, in detail, the photos that were taken of each eye; thoroughly discussed the potential eye problem that had initially raised my concerns and led to my scheduling an appointment; and, conducted a very comprehensive examination to rule out any other eye conditions. I had left the office feeling assured that my concerns had been fully addressed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Edwards and his services. In my opinion, he and his team are 100% outstanding. (And to be quite frank, based on my recent experience here, I am currently considering a switch of eye care providers!)
